As far as the food goes it’s ok not the best but not the worst however when I called to place an order this morning the lady taking my order first put me on hold then came back and said hello and immediately hung up so I called back and asked if she could hear me she said yes so I told her I wanted to place an order she was rushing me and being very rude I said can I please get a robs omelette she said I don’t know what that is I said I just seen it in the menu she said we don’t have anything like that so I looked at the menu and saw I made a mistake and I apologized and said I’m sorry a toms omelet their both 3 letter names she should have know what I was talking about. As someone whose worked in customer assistance hello assist!! Could’ve said do you mean the toms omlet? Oh yes that one but she wanted to be rude so then as I proceed to order I asked my bf what he wanted and she said you should’ve had this in order before you called.... she may have been right but she was wrong for saying that to me so I asked her am I getting on your nerves or something why are you being rude she said I’m very busy in here and if your going to continue to yell I will cancel is that all I said no it’s not I don’t appreciate you being rude when you should be offering your assistance clearly I was Ill informed on the menu but that’s when she should have offered her assistance! I’m not even the type to do these things but this was ridiculous... and then there is always the worry about what they will do to your food after something like that. I think the woman taking my order is spiteful and rude enough to spit in my food. And I got that just from a 3 minute phone...

They should really fire their delivery drivers!! Two day ago I ordered a simple ceasar salad chickn n wild rice soup n a med tea. I had to wait 2 whole hours for him to show up with one bowl of soup missing the rest of my order then I had to wait another whole hr for them to show up with the order but the salad was garden and the soup was broccoli cheddar. Now here today i just ordered an hour and a half ago. I just called 20 minutes ago to check on my order n she said it will b here any minute a half hour ago... still hungry and upset... Good food bad...

Seafood salad is not what I expected, it was okay though. Good chicken cheesesteak but the bread gets a little too soft if you’re not eating it before the hour mark. As far as a reviewer claiming these are paid reviews because people are nasty, not my experience. I received exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in... I was shocked because I find it hard to get good customer service around Baltimore. It always seems that people are mad 24/7. So if you want a good meal with a mom & pop store feel, this is an awesome place to...
