This Domino's has literally made me hate Domino's PERIOD. They are rude, unprofessional, ignorant and the store is always filthy. I have been an avid Domino's customer for 16 years and I can't believe they allow this place to operate. Last night I placed an order online for delivery. Never received. Only after they cooked it did they decide to call and say they don't deliver after dark. Would've been nice if they gave customers a notice when they changed their policy. About a month ago I placed a pickup order. I received a text message that said my order would be now at 8:09pm. I also got a notification thru the app, checking the tracker to and an email. I arrived to the store at 8:16pm. The store was filthy, of course. The little boy at the register took 4 mins to get off his phone, stop laughing and approach me(TRIFLING). He then appears to not even know how to use the register. Took him another 3 mins to find my order to just ring it up. I pay. I wait. 2 mins, 3 mins, 4, 5, I ask why my orde isn't ready when I received a text saying it would be done at 8:09 and it's now 8:30 and he says oh we just waiting for the knots. Another 4 mins go by and I am now livid. I tell him just give me my money back because this is absolutely ridiculous and he says I have to get manager. Ok, do it. 2 more mins and the order comes out with the manager in a slow trail behind it. On top of this there are people who aren't employees going in and out the back of the store, only one of those who I believe are employees has on a Domino's uniforn or identifying articles. The person making pizza has no gloves on. The one at the counter doesn't seem to be capable of opening his mouth without a shower of profanity coming from it. Read moreLet me tell you.. The male night manager over there works his butt off! They were so crowded tonight and the orders just kept coming. Although some of the orders were wrong (missing items, wrong food etc.) He was on top of it! That gentleman was trying to steer every single employee there in the right direction at all times! That is what you call a manager! He was very friendly and very helpful. All the staff over there are pretty friendly. Even though a bunch of orders were wrong, he fixed them all as fast as he could. I was especially impressed with how he handled a grumpy older man yelling and putting his fingers in his cashier's face when the worker was just trying to be as helpful as possible. The manager handled the situation professionally in my opinion. He also had his employees cleaning and disinfecting EVERYTHING as soon as there was a break between the crowds tonight.
Honestly, I'd give them 5 stars in a heart beat if there weren't so many wrong orders. It causes our food to be not so fresh by the time we get home to eat after waiting for the other parts to be fixed.
Other than that, the food is always good, hot and fresh! Even when the order isn't right. The staff are friendly, helpful and pretty patient in the chaos of a Friday night. They also have an excellent leader guiding them when they're overwhelmed. Overall I definitely recommend this...
Read moreThis store needs employee retraining ASAP. I went on mother's day and I get holidays are busy but this store was completely unorganized. I placed my order on the app for carry out it said my order would be ready in about 27 mins, I get to the store walk in and it's me and about 4 other people. The employees didn't even acknowledge that we were there until someone else spoke up. When I finally was called they had the wrong order, I told them it wasn't mine and I found out that they hadn't even began to make my order. So I waited an additional 30 mins. Went to get my food but I overheard one employee telling another one to just use what's been sitting there.... Red flag..so I opened up what was supposed to be 8 parm wings to see 4 tiny dried up looking wings.. I asked 1 employee what is this and he pointed to the cook, when I asked for a new order the cook asked me what was wrong with what they gave me.... Now while they did remake my wings it was just the level of customer service. I understand being stressed and understaffed but you can't just have an I don't care attitude. Retrain, hire some new employees to help and build up...
