They need to work on their Customer Service like really really work on it they're Customer Service Skills are Ridiculously Poor, they never have a Supervisor on site to assist a customer if there's a problem/issue so they treat the customer however they want an that's not good for business and the prices are to high they never have deals and they're nothing like the other Dunkins they don't have meals everything is sold separately, so whoever owns that store that Dunkin needs to even get replaced or get their store together along with the employees, if I was to grade them they would get a (F-) and as much money customers spend in there they shouldn't get treated like that and they should be appreciate as with deals and customer appreciate week or day something .. Read moreI work in the area and often stop by before work. The music is very loud, and the acoustics make it hard to hear or be heard. The large plastic board used for crowd control doesn’t help either. It blocks the counter and makes it harder to place orders. On top of that, the noise from the kitchen, like clanging utensils and loud prep work, dominates the space.
The poor acoustics have always been an issue for me, but it’s now clear they’re affecting the ordering process too. My order has been wrong the last three times I’ve gone.
