Friendly Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Baltimore

We visit Friendly Farms Restuarant in Northern Baltimore County several times a year for the past 30 plus years. The country setting with several ponds adds to the experience of enjoying great food served by wonderful and caring servers. We love their award winning Maryland crab cakes and the best fried chicken you will find anywhere. Other great meals include ham, steaks, pork chops and a variety of seafood and beef dinners. All are served with all you can eat fries, vegertables, rolls and an assortment of bowls of apple butter, cottage cheese, pickled beets and fruits. Beverages, coffee and ice cream for dessert is included in the price of the meal. Kids meals are also offered. If you're looking for an inexpensive meal, this place is great and right in heart of Waverly. It is within walking distance of the Johns Hopkins main campus but it might as well be on a different planet as I don't think many students get food here.
