York Pizza, Subs & Wings More — Restaurant in Baltimore

Been giving these people a chance and my money for a long time now. Fed up! I have been patient. It’s over for me and this corner store. Bad customer service. Bad food. Every time I order here…..by the time the food arrives, it’s cold as ice. Unexceptional. Then was promised a free pizza by one of the managers next time I ordered because 3 weeks ago, again! the pizza was ice cold by the time it arrived along with the other food. I didn’t even take advantage of the free pizza situation right away. I’m just ordering again 11/08/21. When I placed my order, management said in order to get the free pizza delivered I’d had to buy another meal for $10.00. What? Wow! They’re gonna get their money one way or the other right? Free pizza my * yeah ok! I don’t owe you! You owe me great customer service and the free HOT PIZZA THAT YOU PROMISED! Then the delivery drivers are afraid to come to the door in a very quite complex where private security frequent all day. They call to say they’re outside way over after that 40 mins mark. Now it’s been over over an hour of waiting. Food Didn’t arrive till after 12am. Had to reheat the food and I didn’t microwave it! I placed it in a warm oven. Had to trash it Again! Then called back to let management know…now. I was placed on a long hold. Then the delivery driver call you and say “come all the way outside and get your food” but when I get outside he’s not outside… WTH? Now I have to stand in the cold and wait til the driver finally pulls up with the cold nasty food? Really? Ridiculous! Like the lady said in the other review, The pizza and fries are always cold and nasty. Even when you eat the chicken it taste like old cooking oil. Truth be told they need to clean this place up and learn good customer service. Clean and change that cooking oil FREQUENTLY AFTER FRYING ALL That CHICKEN and fries DAILY! Especially when dealing with peoples...

My neice ordered delivery around 1030pm. Food didn't come til 1230am, after I made about 4 calls to the shop & them telling me the driver was a few mins away each time. Delivered AFTER I got tired of being lied to, around 12am, I went to the shop to complain. The person taking the order was nice at 1st but when I asked for my money back or my food to be upgraded & made over, he got really nasty. Then who comes from the back?? The delivery driver. Who starts going off on me about how he delivered my food. Showed a pic of it sitting on my front step. He took a pic timestamped for 12:23am. He didn't call or knock on my door or ring the bell. Just sat it on the stairs outside. Delivered while I was already at the shop. He was yelling & threatening me as i asked to see what number he called and if he knocked on my door. He didnt call or knock on the door, i had family waiting in the livingroom. A whole scene inside this place. We did get a replacement which was identical to our 1st order & not any upgrade for the piss poor service & 2hr delivery when it was supposed to be 45 but we gave an hour before we started calling. I got home & the chicken was old chicken, refried. Old fries. Pizza was COLD. The shop is about a 8min drive from me & the pizza was cold. I think the old owners sold the place & now these other ppl own it. Selling food that's trash & having super poor customer service. I've been eating from this place off & on since I use to party at Melbas (12yrs ago) and the quality of food & service has tanked drastically. I got horrible food a while ago & stopped ordering but my neice insisted food from there since she just moved back to Baltimore & loved their food many years ago. These ppl will never get a dime from anyone...

I'm genuinely surprised to see some negative reviews because my experience with this restaurant has been consistently fantastic. My family and I have ordered from here several times, and we can't say enough good things about it.

The food is not just great; it's our go-to comfort meal that helps us get through the day. The flavors are always on point, and the portions are generous. From the first bite to the last, every dish has been a delight.

We truly appreciate the effort and dedication of the staff. They have consistently provided us with excellent service and ensured our orders arrive on time, even during busy hours.

I must also mention the wonderful delivery driver. Their exceptional customer service and warm greetings make our dining experience even more enjoyable. It's clear that the restaurant takes pride in not only their food but also the entire dining experience.

However, if there's one thing that I could suggest for improvement, it would be having more patience on the phone. Sometimes, during peak hours, it can be a bit challenging to get through, and a little more patience from the staff in handling phone orders would be greatly appreciated.

In short, if you're looking for delicious food that never disappoints, a restaurant that cares about its customers, and a delivery service that goes above and beyond, give this place a try. It's become a cherished part of our dining routine, and we can't...
