How difficult is it to update your google information? UPDATE YOUR HOURS lol (also not good, just the only late night option)

Response from the owner: We appreciate the feedback, sometimes there’s more at play then you’d know. Maybe try asking a manager at our establishment about issues like these for a direct and quick answer. (Also if the food isn’t to your liking then you are more than welcome to visit a different establishment, there’s a few within a mile radius of us that are open even later than us. We get that food is subjective even if we think you’re wrong).

How is anyone supposed to ask a manager anything if your hours aren’t even accurate? Will speaking to a manager change the rude and horrible customer service? Will speaking to a manager update your hours on google? Please note we are incredibly aware that there are better options available and that’s why we haven’t bothered with this place in months until last week. And yet again unavailable during “open” hours listed. Y’all chicken is questionable at best. But it makes sense that you don’t care about quality when you don’t even care about...

Came in with my aunt on Tuesday , and she ordered a sub, fish and some chicken.. The cashier stated it was slow today . Ok. but this took a very long time.. We watched as they received deliveries and other people pick up their food and we are still waiting.. We also noticed that they received several call in orders, another 25 minutes go by and our food is still not ready.. My aunt could see in the back and they had just started making out food.. She became very frustrated and asked how long the wait. The cashier, stated that he was trying to fast during Ramadan and that she was rushing him about her food.. That was very poor customer service.. And very offensive.. Using his religious affiliation to overshadow his poor customer service and lack of courtesy.. Ahe requested her money back after we waited almost 35 minutes..

Poor customer service , I have never been to this place before but it was recommended for large chicken orders.. It was sad that I had to witness the poor...

The beef patties are disgusting!!! They are the absolute worst that I have ever had in my life... I was craving a beef patty and then I remembered this spot sold them... The dough/pastry was raw and soggy. When I returned “the first” beef patty I asked if there was cheese inside because I’m lactose intolerant. He said, “No, that’s just the way we cook them”. I replied that it must be raw and I do not like my beef patties with raw, soggy dough. He grabbed it, threw it in the trash and gave me another one (which was equally as horrible). The pictures of the other one are below... They did not want to give me a refund for the $2 and ended up replacing all together for wings.
