Dunkin' — Restaurant in Baltimore

It's always busy because it's right by the hospital. The location is very small so if 12 orders are taken and everybody steps to the side it forms another line to receive your items. The Cashier sometimes gets annoyed when you wanna specify your order, especially in a rush. If you are not a JH employee, security, or police they act a little funny sometimes. The staff is very friendly and I enjoyed the family atmosphere. However, I ordered a medium Iced Coffee with cream.... and I was given my coffee with sugar. This may seem like a minor mistake however this sugar was so concentrated I am worried I will be up for the next 15 days straight, and it completely threw off my entire day. Everything is just ok. They seem to have a certain type of customer, and it may affect the experience. No matter the location, food should be the same, and it's not.
