My family is very artistic. So we enjoy supporting art of all types. So when my daughter noticed the Maxgallery on social media. We were anxious to check it out. When I looked at the address I noticed it was in a residential area. But that didn't raise any concerns because here in Baltimore that is common. The Great Black's in Wax museum, for example is also in a residential neighborhood. When we arrived. The venue was not on a main road. Rather on a very narrow street with no parking. I had to drop off my family to go search for parking. Once I found a place to park 2 streets over. I came back a few minutes after the performance had started. That few minutes cost be the opportunity to have a seat. The venue is very small. It is literally the lower level of a house. Most of the patrons appeared to be college aged. And had no issues with. Sitting on the floor. As they listened to the beautiful almost hypnotic music that was being played. Those of us who were closer to retirement. Found ourselves against the wall. During the brief intermission before the dance portion of the show. Many of us older patrons drifted out side of the venue to enjoy the garden. My children really enjoyed the performances.
