Update: I ordered a cheesesteak w just extra cheese since Uber eats allows for customizations door dash and Uber didn’t have 2 yrs ago when I ordered. It was very good! I think I am going to order again tonight!!!!! Cheesesteaks are my absolute favorite food and if it’s good next time like the one I got on Friday I’m going to be a new regular! Y’all redeemed yourself! Cheesesteak extra cheese and just salt. That’s going to be me everytime! Quick delivery. Attention to my notes, ty for making sure my food was what I wanted and had no allergy issues! 🫶🏻 second update: I did order that night- my order was completely wrong. Got 2 cheesesteak hoagies again despite my note just saying just steak and cheese no lettuce, tomatoes, onions or anything but steak salt and cheese… I waited forever for the order and it was a huge disappointment again

Original review: the cheesesteak comes with lettuce tomatoes pickles mayo lettuce and God knows what else by default with no indication of what actually comes on it. if u order a "steak with cheese" expect all of that on your steak despite no option to remove all the items from it. I called them and the counter woman told me she "didn't have time for this" the supervisor was just as bad and basically told me that I need to use the special request to make these unadvertised special requests to remove them. I told her I was confused as to why it wasn't listed and that I just wanted the food I paid for before contacting door dash and she told me I had to contact door dash. she wouldn't remake my steak the way I had ordered it. ridiculous! I will NEVER order from there again! I was looking forward to trying their cheesesteak for months. what if I bit into the cheesesteak? I'm allergic to tomatoes! then what...

I have 2 issues but let’s talk about the best first. Very nice atmosphere many cultures friendly workers all seem like family and the food is great. My go to Honey Old Bay Wings with the dipping sauce and the good ole fries dipped in honey mustard. I treat myself every Friday but eat a balanced fruit diet the rest of the week because this meal is a nice treat I always feel like I deserve it because it’s always cooked so well. Neck and neck with one of my other favorite wing spots I will not mention because Dinos need their stars their fries and wings never disappoint. Always cooked to order just about 20-25 minutes nice atmosphere to sit in and wait and watch your food get cooked and bagged and handed right over to you.

The lamb gyro was very good but they are Greeks so it was gonna be good anyway. I was always told this. Only buy Greek food from Greeks. Desserts from a bakery, Italian food from Italians, Chinese food from Chinese African food from Africans and soul food from Black Americans

Issue#1. They have a sign that says homemade cakes made fresh daily. So I was expecting literally grammas type of cake that melts in your mouth. I purchased a coconut cake. I just knew it would be great. Well. The cake tasted like a common commercial cake no way like a homemade. I couldn’t finish it I actually trashed the cake.

Issue#2 the cheesesteak sub was a 3.5 out of 5. I make better cheesesteak subs homemade.

the food at Dino's is good to me I have a bit over the years several times I don't go there often but I go there enough however the customer service stinks ass they are always rushing you recently I google them to place an order when I seen that it said you can have it delivered when I call to have my order delivered the man said we don't take deliveries and hung the phone up in my ear when I called back to tell him that I was trying to place an order when he abruptly hung up in my ear he told me he didn't care he was too busy to take my order and that since I want to take out if he wasn't taking my order I said sorry you didn't even take the time to see if I wanted to place an order to pick it up myself you said I don't care and hung the phone up on me once more again with customer service like this I could care less how good the food is I would not spend my money in a place that can not respected cuss the proper way to handle customers is not like that if they don't take if they don't make deliveries that he should have said we don't make deliveries would you like to order your food so that you can pick it up and then once I said no that's when he should have hung up but you just hang up the phone and someone it is very rude I will not eat from there and waste my money there are plenty of places in Baltimore to get...
