The server was very nice and provided good service, but unfortunately, the restaurant was not following any of the safety and cleanness regulations and protocols. We felt so bad bur we had to walk out, we were excited to get Ecuadorian food but after seeing that none of the staff members and owner were not wearing face masks or gloves we couldn't just ignore it. Poor signage so we weren't sure we were in the right place. Peeling paint on the outside and generally very run down. Alley behind was very dirty. While parking, we saw a woman who works there walk out the back door and she wasn't wearing a mask. Read the online reviews that talked about the dirty restroom and finding hair in their food so went around the block to the much cleaner and better...

Highly disappointed with this place. The food was not Authentic Ecuadorean food. We ordered the Marinera, Beef, Chicken and Encebollado soups and they were not good. We got an undisclosed up charge because we paid with a credit card. How does a service place make the customer charge for the fee that they should incur for someone supporting...
