I (along with 170 other people) recently attended a 50th high school reunion at this amazing facility. I was there to make a presentation about the class members who have passed away, and Jeff expertly helped me set everything up. He is very professional, courteous, respectful, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and even taught me some new computer tips! Thanks to him and his very professional projection system, the presentation was perfect. Thank you Jeff for answering all of my questions and providing what I needed (even the table). Every request of mine was taken care of, and I know I made a lot. :) You went above and beyond! Thank you, also for helping to "herd" 100+ classmates into the group picture as well! You are a man of many talents. I will be forever grateful.

Let me say a word about the wonderful, caring, amazing staff. They all have server's hearts and were so kind and friendly. I chatted with a few of them and you can tell they really love what they do. I could see the dedication on their faces as they were setting up. Catering (and dealing with people in general) is a VERY tough business, and they all handled it with grace and smiles on their faces. They made it look easy which I know it is not. That's when you know you are working with seasoned professionals. You can tell they really care about what they do. Thank you to every one of you who had a hand (or two) ;) in this day.

M&M were absolutely excellent caterers! Not only was the food great, but their customer service goes above and beyond! They provided food for a large party at my home. When they arrived for our summer outdoor event, the skies had just opened up and the rain was torrential, blowing over one of our 2 large, heavy duty tents. Immediately the "crew" discussed options with us and offered to move the party to their hall. In the end, we stayed at our place, the rain subsided for a few hours, they juggled where they were going to setup and serve ... and the food was absolutely perfect! They were polite, professional, and just down-to-earth nice, honest, good people. We had pit meats, salads, and crowd pleasers like mac and cheese and loaded potato salad. Guests raved about the food. Hands down, we will use them again and recommend them HIGHLY! Mary will work with you to put together a perfect menu, and I think their price was fair and better than the couple others I called. But truthfully, once I talked to Mary I could tell she was honest and was going "to deliver," so didn't waste time calling around anymore. She took the lead in helping me coordinate the menu and was very flexible - she was so accommodating and accountable. All around our experience...

Superior Catering my M&M and Sons catered by daughter's wedding at the Gardens of Bethlehem this past weekend and they did an amazing job! The food was delicious, staff was on point and I would highly recommend them. Mary the owner was a pleasure to deal with and together we created a menu that pleased everyone. Mary's son Rick ran our event and he did a great job along with their staff and pit crew, very professional and accommodating people. There were many highlights of the food, the ones I heard about from guests the most (and I'm sure I'm missing a few) were the meatballs, corn pudding, loaded potato salad, greek salad, the pit was amazing with tender sliced beef, porketta, ham, turkey, corned beef, sausage and peppers and bbq chicken legs.
