Haiti's Pizza and Wings — Restaurant in Baltimore

I purchased a large order through door dash. When I received my order it was incorrect. I immediately called the store about my over $50 order. Curtis, the person who filled my order told me the next time I placed an order the double pepperoni would be on him. Today I tried to place an order and a Hispanic man answered the phone. My original order was placed on December 12th 2024. Today’s date is March 26th, 2025. The gentleman who I spoke to today said HE WOULD NOT HONOR what was told me because it was months ago. That is not what Curtis told me and I believed what he said. He did not say I needed to place an order within a certain time frame and I believed what was told to me. I decided to try this place after being handed a flyer by one of their employees on my street. While calling to place the order, I had to affirm that the employee handed me the flyer on MY street, cause they acted that we were out of the way. My wife saw a menu item that featured chicken leg quarters, and then when we tried to order it he said they in fact DO NOT serve leg quarters. He confirmed that it would still be dark meat and "she would be happy". I ordered a personal pizza. The chicken was chicken breast (obviously not dark meat) and was three small slices that had been overcooked. My pizza was subpar, as it was burnt with little to no cheese. Checked out Conguitas on the recommendation of my friend Rachel, and I went straight for the American Cheesesteak. Gotta say, it was pretty solid—juicy steak, good flavor, and just the right size.

But here’s the thing: I did wait a bit, so I was expecting that cheese to be melted like it was trying to impress me. Instead, it was more like, ‘eh, I showed up.’ And the hot peppers? Great addition, but they felt like they were playing hide-and-seek—could have used a little more spread so I could taste that kick in every bite.
