This place is HORRIBLE!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. They hold the record for delivering me THE LATEST order I've EVER received (in my ENTIRE life).
Which was over 2 hours late (and more than 3 hours after I first placed the order) . I mean... if I was running a pizza delivery shop... and a pizza was gonna be that late, I'd just call the customer, and tell them I couldn't fulfill the order... and give them a refund.
But the driver actually showed up & delivered the old & cold food (and well after midnight) and after I already went out to get food from McDonald's. And without ever even offering a refund. And when I complained to the driver he just flippantly said "I know how you feel", in an extremely insincere manner.
I ordered through Slice, so it was Slice that eventually gave me a full refund. But since then, the place has refused to deliver to me, claiming I'm outside their delivery range (even though I'm well within their delivery range).
Their delivery range is supposedly 2 mls, and it keeps showing up on Slice, where it says it's 1.6 mls away. The supervisor told me Google Maps said it was 2.2 mls.🤯🤯
But that hadn't stopped them from delivering here for 3 years prior to me getting that refund from Slice, for the 2 hr late order. And in all honesty... their food isn't really all that good, either. Average at best.
The only reason I ever even ordered from them (and continued to try) was because of how cheap they are (and I'm on SSDI). But I guess it's true what they say... you get what you pay for.
So I wouldn't recommend ordering delivery from these guys. Unless you're prepared to wait around 3 hours for your food (and don't mind if it's cold and/or spoiled). Also... their supervisor is EXTREMELY nasty!!! Worst customer...

You pay extra for ranch sauce just for them to not put ranch sauce inside your bag and then when you call them to fix the issue, they did not resolve the issue. They'll go back and forth with you say they didn't get paid for .50 ranch when it clearly says on MY RECEIPT that I paid for my ranch. I even told them before they had their delivery driver drop off the food to make sure my ranch was in the bag and even then, the representative was giving me a lot of kickback. Once the delivery driver came with my food, they wanted me to come to the car after i aid them a nice heft tip. Once i realized my ranch sauce was not in the bag i gave the establishment a call and the manager tell me that I'm making a big deal when in fact that if they just provided great customer service and trusted the customer and gave me the ranch that I paid for all of this could've been avoided.
the manager claims on his end that he doesn't see where i ordered ranch asked me to email them my receipt i emailed them my receipt and they said Well we didnt get paid for it. That's not my problem because it came out of my account, and it clearly says on my receipt that i was charge for Ranch...
The customer service is horrible, food is distasteful and I'm not missing out on anything by never ordering from them again.
It's the principle of things idc if it is just a sauce.

Read moreI really enjoyed my order which consisted of a steak sub that was cooked very well and an order of french fries that was cooked just the way I like them. The Oreo cake was scrumptious although I do not eat much chocolate but decided to try it anyway and I was not disappointed. Having read previous negative reviews about this restaurant, when I did not receive my order at the time given I called the restaurant and the young lady who answered initially was not pleasant, but as a person who works in customer service I could hear the frustration in her voice and certainly understand, therefore, I did not allow her frustration to deter me from placing an order but I showed her kindness and patience and her attitude changed. When I called on another occasion I spoke with another young lady who was very pleasant. My advice to everyone is any of us can have a bad day and although it is not good working with customers sometimes it really can't be helped. I hope each of you would learn to be understanding and patient in the future when calling any establishment and you did not receive the type of reception you should have, but just remember if you were in their shoes how well would you handle the pressure countless customers seeking your attention.
