If I could do a negative rating, I would. This location doesnt even deserve one star. I waited in the drive through for about ten minutes, pulled up to the second window and gave my card. The boy at the window then told me i still owed $8 and some change. I checked the reciept and there was no amount due. I assured with him that it was incorrect and i didnt have a balance. He continued to tell me i was wrong and that i still had a balance of $8 and some chance. I asked to speak to a manager and he brings a girl over (not the manager) and she sides with him about the remaining balance. I tell them i am coming to the inside to figure this out. I go to the inside and there is 4 people waiting in line to order. There is about 10 people in the back just hanging out taking their time working. The girl from the window goes to the manager and informs him what happened. While she was talking, he cuts her off, waves his hand at her and said " ill get to her later". I finally get to speak to the manager and the only thing he said was " i already have your food ready" and hands me the bag. I got a little loud with him about the service and the waste of time and he just went to the back of the store. Extermely unprofessional and a coward. I never got my sweet tea and honestly it probably wouldn't have taste good anyways. The fries were dry, the chicken sandwiches were cooked way to long and had nothing on them. And these are the people that are demanding $15 an hour. Smh. Horrible, dirty, and unprofessional. I added photos of the hard french fries and over cooked classic checken sandwich....

On September 12, 2025, my young daughter was given a burger from your location at 4526 Erdman Ave, Baltimore, MD 21213 that already had a bite taken out of it. This is completely unacceptable and poses a serious health and safety risk — especially for a child.
When we brought this to the attention of the staff, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive, offering no apology. Instead, it was a crew member who finally apologized. Shockingly, the only resolution offered was a small fries, which is entirely inadequate given the situation.
To make matters worse, the manager asked me if I was sure the kids didn’t bite it, which was both insulting and unprofessional. My daughter had just received the food — there is absolutely no question that it came like that.
The manager continued speaking in another language while ignoring my concerns, which made the experience even more uncomfortable and disrespectful.
I am requesting a formal apology, disciplinary action for the manager involved, and a thorough review of food safety practices at this location. This is not the standard of service or quality anyone should expect from McDonald’s — especially when children’s health...
Read moreWent to the drive thru, was second in line. Waited 10 mins the car in front of me pulled off and left. I pull up confused and wait. Then I realized the car in front of me was not taking forever to order, no one was at the intercom. Just as I was about to pull away. I get a voice asking for my order.
The attendant was extremely confused. I asked for a #5 for my son and then a happy meal for my daughter. The attendant didn't understand I wanted two different orders and wanted to replace the #5 order. Frustrating ordeal.
I pull up to the first window to pay as instructed to do so. I sit there for another 5 mins. The manager (managers wear gray shirts correct?) who is walking around eating finally walks over and takes my money.
Second window I get my food quickly. I noticed no one behind me as I pulled away. Turning the corner there is a line out to the road. The freaking place is taking one order at a time before starting the next.
I would look...
