If I could give no stars I would‼️my Visit today at this particular McDonald's was horrible and I'm extremely PISSED‼️‼️ I MADE A PURCHASE OF CHICKEN NUGGETS FOR my CHILD and a filet fish meal and the Quality of our Food was TERRIBLE‼️‼️ AND WHAT REALLY HAVE ME MAD AS HELL I LIVE 30MIN AWAY FROM THIS MCDONALD'S GOT GOME MY CHILD SAT DOWN TO ENJOY HER FOOD AND AHE SAID IT TASTE FUNNY AFTER EATING A NUGGET WHICH MADE ME GO LOOK AT IT TO EXAMINE IT AFTER SEEING THE QAULITY OF MY FOOD WAS TERRIBLE AT LOOKING AT HER NUGGETS I REALIZED QUICKLY THAY THEY WAS UNDERCOOKED VERY UNDERCOOKED‼️ SHE ALREADY HAD CONSUMED 1 AND HALF OF THE NUGGETS WHICH WAS ALSO NOT COMPLETELY COOKED BUT BECAUSE SHE IS A CHILD SHE DIDNT UNDERSTAND THAT THEY WASNT COOKED CORRECTLY IM KIVID BECAUSE SHE CAN POSSIBLY BECOME SICK DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE EMPLOYEES NOT MAKING SURE THE FOOD WAS COOKED PROPERLY SMFH 🤬🤬😡. To make matters even worst I sat in this drive through for approximately 12-15 min was the only car in the drive thru at the time and still had to wait that long for my order once I got up to the window handed the cashier my card to pay for the order she gave me my card back without a receipt I asked could I have one she stated the receipt machine was down at the moment she could not give me one which I let pass because I paid thru my debit card so the transaction would be documented on my statement. If I didn't live so far away from the establishment I would have went back and gave the management a word or 2 I attempted to reach out by phone but after calling multiple times no answer, I than called the complaint line and was told a report would be filed and someone would reach out to me regarding my complaint. NO APOLOGY OR REMORSE WAS GIVEN FROM THE REPRESENTATIVE AT ALL LIKE THIS MATTER WASNT URGENT‼️ WHEN IT IS COMPLETELY URGENT WHEN A CHILD CONSUMED AND POSSIBLY CAN FALL ILL LATER BECAUSE OF IT IM EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED AND ALSO WHEN IT COMES TO THE COMPLAINT LINE THEY ALWAYS SAY SOMEONE WILL REACH OUT AND NEVER DO BECAUSE I CALLED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT A PASS EXPERIENCE ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD REACH OUT THEN AND STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM ANYBODY. I TRIED TO GIVE THIS LOCATION THE BENEFIT OF DOUBT BY EVEN AFTER MY PREVIOUS ISSUE I HAD I TRIED TO COME BACK AND SUPPORT AND GIVE THEM A OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. BUT CLEARLY THAT WASNT THE CASE THEY ADDED MORE RESENTMENT AND MORE ANGER WHEN I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND I EXPECT WHEN DINING FROM A MULTI MILLION DOLLAR ESTABLISHMENT I EXPECT MY SERVICE AND QUALITY TO SATISFY MY HARD EARNED MONEY SPENT TO BE WORTH IT.FYI I TOOK PICTURES OF THE FOOD AND DOCUMENTED EVERYTHING IN CASE NOBODY REACH OUT TO ME REGARDING THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST RUN INS I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT I WILL NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN ‼️ I'll update if I ever receive a call back of the report which I highly doubt it . Read moreI wish I could leave 0 stars overall. I keep saying to myself stop patronizing at these fast food places. Well after today, I am officially done.
I was not having the best mornings but I wanted to refuel my energy by eating something for breakfast. There are not too many place near me or in route to work open for me to grab anything, so I ordered via Uber Eats. Once my phone arrived, my order was completely wrong. There was no cream or sugar in the small coffee that came with the meal, no straw in the bag for the iced coffee (which was the only good thing out of my entire order), the hashbrown was cold and the worst of all I was served a steak egg and cheese bagel sandwich covered in what appears to be off a burnt griddle.
Unfortunately I could not leave work to drive this back to the establishment, but had to wait after work to not receive a sincere apology nor offered my money back. The only incentive was a male manager, I assumed remade the sandwich, after 2:30 pm. What am I going to do with a breakfast sandwich this late in the evening?

Read moreHello, I am writing to hopefully get this message up to the OWNER of this location. There is a big problem and issue going on here involving the training process. The lack of professionalism, adequate training, follow up and courtesy is woefully damaging to the new hires eager to come in and do a good job. If this problem is not addressed, there will continue to be low work morale and definitely a high turnover rate for sure. I am speaking from first hand experience here, so this is not anything frivolous that I am saying. I bought a home here in Baltimore in the fall of 2023 moving from Upper Marlboro Md and have always instilled a good work ethic in my kids. Working here is a perfect job choice considering that it is very close to home, and is providing the opportunity for them to work earn money and pay taxes etc. into their own community. I don't know if there needs to be a series of location visits from the owner, retraining of supervisory staff etc...But as I have expressed, swift action needs to be taken in order to keep GOOD HARD WORKING EMPLOYEES here at the 3249 Frederick Ave, Baltimore, MD 21229 location.
