....I wish I could give it 1/2 star. Was in the dual drive through (on the left hand side). When the car in front of me finished placing their order and moved forward, I drove forward and waited to place my order. 20 seconds later, I hear the cashier say "ouch!......oh..." and the Mike went dead. 20, 40, 60.......90 seconds later, a car pulls up on the right drive through and within seconds, the woman takes their order.....Huh??? I was here first. So I start to "hello??" In my customer service manager's voice. She gets through with the car to my right and I KNOW she's about to take my order, right?.........nope. Another car pulls up to my right and she start to have a conversation with them. Now I'm saying "hello, hello!!!!" In full drill instructor's mode. I decided to just drive around and place my order with the girl in the booth. To my surprise, as soon as I move and look in my rear view mirror, she's taking the order OF THE GUY RIGHT BEHIND ME!!!!!! Read moreI gathered the names of the managers from their crew members, and I have to say that Ishmael and Jarmar are the worst managers this store has ever seen. Over the past 3-4 months, without the previous management, the quality of service has deteriorated significantly. I can’t recall their exact names, but I believe they were Bernard and Timmy. Those two always ensured that customers were well taken care of—Timmy was the backbone of this place. It’s baffling to me that management would let someone like her go.
Now, my food is consistently cold, the staff members always have an attitude, and they spend more time on their phones than attending to customers. The managers resort to yelling and cursing at their employees, creating a toxic environment. Every visit to this store has become a hassle, which is incredibly frustrating because I used to receive excellent service.

Read moreI’m not sure why I keep going back to this McDonalds when every experience my family and those around me have had with it has been terrible. Today, my mother ordered a plain fish fillet and they gave her the regular one with cheese and the white sauce they put on it. Me, I asked for hot cakes and sausages (which is the default menu option) and they did not give me a sausage even though I paid for it. Last time I went there and got hot cakes and sausage, they gave me the sausage but the pancakes were hard. I don’t go to this McDonalds a lot (the Northern Parkway one is better) but when I came at night once after renovation, they only had 3 or 4 options on the menu. I wish I were lying but that was what I was told when I came to the order window and tried to get something that wasn’t one of the 4 options. In short, this McDonalds may have gotten a renovation but it is SEVERELY lacking in its food...
