Nephews Pizza — Restaurant in Baltimore

I have been ordering at this location for a few years, never any issues until today. I ordered food just last night and than again tonight and the driver refused to bring my food to the door and than drove off after waiting over an hour for my food. I had to call to cancel my credit card order. If I'm paying for delivery than my food should be delivered to my door. I always tip so I'm not understanding the issue. Should they not deliver to the door, that is something that should be disclosed when a customer is placing an order over the phone. I'm highly disappointed and upset as I've been supporting this business for so long and this happens. I will NEVER order from here nor allow my family who also order from here often to support this unacceptable customer service. For the monument location. I actually really love their calzones. I ordered from GrubHub multiple times always ask for no seasoning on fries or chicken box if I get it because I order that for a child and they put entirely too much seasoning. It be very salty even for me so I end up throwing it out and having to order something else for my child. Now the refuse to deliver to me because grub hub gave me a refund for the children's chicken tender and fries it's less than $9. Ive been told I have to order from a different location which is further and don't make their calzones the same. This place is ridiculous!! I put an order in at 5:40 PM and told her my order really polite & nice, she told me 35 to 45 minutes.
