So I pass this taco bell EVERY MORNING to go to work. I am supposed to be at work by 7 so normally I am not able to stop to get their breakfast that I love. However there are some days when I go in a little later and I am passing the taco bell right at 7am (THE TIME WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL BE OPENING) However, this morning was my THIRD attempt to stop there at 7am to get breakfast and a coffee, and every single time they still have their drive through closed. Even though they have the sign lit up that states "Drive Thru Open." I pulled up to the window today and was waiting for the lady to open the window so I could ask why they are never open on time, and she shook her head at me saying "not open yet" and walked away without even fully speaking to me. Clearly the customer service here is horrible and no one can get their job duties ready at the actual time of opening. The first day I stopped I didn't think much of it, I figured they were having an off morning which everyone, including myself has. So I made myself late for work waiting for them to open (which was my decision and I don't fault them for that). I proceeded to try the drive through back at 7:15 and they still were not open, so at that point I took my business over to the McDonalds across the street. I don't stop to get breakfast very often, so when I do, I expect that businesses open on time. If I don't open my job on time, there are consequences. Weather you work at a fast food restaurant or a big corporate company, you should take pride in your job and work on time and...
Read moreTerrible service! I came in earlier today around 2:53 PM when the door was locked, which was out of the ordinary. Just then, a girl came to the other side of the window with bullet resistance glass, saying “We are not serving food in the store, go through the drive thru.” My question is: What difference would that have made. Furthermore, the girl in question had a horrendous attitude while speaking to me, and to the lady who opened the door for me. Understandably, this must be a franchise, and since I work around the corner from the particular Taco Bell location, I would like to get in touch with the owner. I feel as though this store has so much potential. How’d we, the staff make it a nightmare to even walk in there, let alone even beginning to try and order food. Nevertheless, I will give this location another chance, around the same time tomorrow. I hope that the service will improve, (By that, I mean the employees not having an attitude). Then, and only then will I consider changing my review to a more positive experience which is what ordering food...
