I never had a problem besides the ten minute wait he tells you which is usually seven minutes. I cook for a living so I should've know that's impossible. Making fresh vegetable lomein would be 24 minutes the max so I should've been suspicious. I always order here never a problem till now. I love the veggie lomein I always get the samething last night I order a large order of lomein so it could be for lunch and dinner. This afternoon I went to pour it out on a plate after I heat it up after four minutes I took it out mixed around to ensure that it wasn't cold and to my surprise I found a damn chicken bone. I was pissed off so I called them to tell them and explained why I was upset. After I stated what happened he act like he couldn't hear me and kept saying hello. Then he hung up. The guy was so rude to me yesterday. I’m a loyal customer and come here quite often because the food is good. However yesterday I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. I called back, and asked if I could change one thing on my order. This was my first time asking to change my order, I understand how it can be a inconvenience, and a economical burden. However i feel that he could have made a one time exception. However he told me no because the order was already done. So when I went in the store I asked again. He said no again. I paid for the food and left. When I left, I felt horrible for how I was so treated, so I took the food back and asked for a refund. He simply gave me a refund, he didn’t even care about losing a regular customer. It made me feel like I didnt matter because he has many more loyal customers. But of...

This place must be under new management. The food here, used to be good. Tonight, my wife and I ordered from here. Her lo mein was extremely dry, and doughy (VERY undercooked). I got the "shrimp with lobster sauce". I put that in quotes, because there were THREE shrimp, in a LARGE order. On top of that, it was filled with imitation lobster meat, instead. To make matters worse, there was a LONG dark hair, INSIDE of my lobster sauce. Oh, and to top it all off, my "spring rolls" had practically NOTHING in them.
