Read moreThe bar tender/server is rude. I came to look at the menu and she asked me if I paid to be in there….$5….FIVE DOLLARS girl. I replied and asked her “why are you asking me that?” She stupidly stuttered and said something about she was just checking. Checking for what? You aren’t security, and I told her “do you think I would be back here if I didn’t pay?” Again, it’s five damn dollars. Nevertheless it was my daughter’s birthday so i ignored her ignorance and attempted to still enjoy myself. She also didn’t clear my table and let the trash pile up. Overall besides her lack of customer service, the games and place is cool. I stopped before I left to speak to one of the owners. He was very nice and let me know they would be changing...
Read moreIt's a cool spot. Even though it's a 'boardgames bar', it was chill enough to do work on my laptop. That might have had something to do with it being a weeknight, but it was a very pleasant experience. I look forward to going back.
One highlight of my first time visit was a peach based cocktail. It was delicious. I'd be very interested in running through the rest of their cocktail menu based off that one drink.
It's also a store with ALOT of games and cool knick knacks to buy. Very clean and organized, and the staff is friendly.
Check it out!
Update: the drink menu continues to be delicious and the staff friendly. I've gone many times since my first time and enjoy it the same (or more)...
