My hat's off to the chef(s) here. The food here is inspired and every ingredient is used with purpose. Down to the initial spread of bonchon you are presented with, every side dish is made with careful attention to detail. It is a Candy Platter. Each piece of Candy has it's own uniquely crafted flavor and texture! Like a Flavor Painting, where each side dish is placed, translates to which flavor region of your tongue that piece of Candy is communicating with. Though some side dishes are not made traditionally, they are all made with TLC. This is the perfectly playful and delightful precursor to whatever entree follows. This Candy Platter plays with your senses and really gets you excited to eat! The entrees, needless to say, are also very delicious. Champoong is hearty and spicy, with wonderful texture. JjajangMyun is savory and smoky, also with great texture. The service here is also immaculate. These ladies are amazing. I never once had to ask for anything. They are like stealthy, super polite ninjas. I kid you not! We were given refills on our barley teas before the thought had even crossed our minds. And was already on the table without us even noticing how it had gotten there. I hope everyone tips them generously, they really deserve it! Even the music they play here, good korean hip hop, not just crappy poppy junk. I was pleasantly surprised, and really digging it. These people are artists. I fullheartedly fealt their expression of unconditional love. And it was delicious. Very rarely do I ever have so much fun eating at a korean...

Read moreTLDR: One of the best AUCE KBBQ spots in Baltimore/Baltimore County. Great selection of meats and side dishes with speedy service.
Vibe: 3/5. Located in a strip mall in Station North, there is plenty of free spot parking making it easy to navigate to. The area can be a little suspect at night, but fortunately the parking lot is well lit with normally alot of foot traffic. The inside of Beone is that of your typical KBBQ restaurant. Several 4 top tables w/ burners and ventilation fans overhead. KPOP music videos play on loop throughout the entire restaurant as well as said artists adorning the walls of the restaurant in Soju advertisements. The restaurant can get stuffy with all the burners running, so dress accordingly!
Service: 5/5. Service did a great job in tending to our burner and keeping the meat flowing. As KBBQ connoisseurs know, a server who is proficient in grill management is critical to a good KBBQ experience, especially when it's endless. We always had well cooked meat on our plates and was quick to change grill pans when needed.
Food: 5/5. Every cut of meat we had was delicious and well prepared. Beone gives it's AUCE diners over a dozen meat choices to rotate through as well as a half dozen Korean side dishes such as tteokbokki and fried sweet sour pork. Highlights include the paper thin brisket and...
