Stokos York rd — Restaurant in Baltimore

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered at the York rd location and when the food was here the driver called and told me they weren’t coming inside the apartment due to safety reasons. It’s cold and raining and we specifically put the apartment letter to not go outside. That was problem number one. Problem two was when I (pregnant gf) explained why I didn’t want to come outside for MY safety reasons the driver becomes rude and hangs up on me. Eventually my bf decides to go just to avoid anymore frustration from me. When we get the food we notice that we are missing a can soda. I call the store and they said they will come back to deliver the soda. An hour goes by and still no call. So I call the store and they tell me we shorted the delivery driver which is why he won’t come back. The total was $20.10. We have him $20.25. We did not think he deserved a tip but the owner tells us we shorted him about .60 cents. I get so frustrated that I said fine we will give the extra change, we wanted that soda because its what we paid for. The owner then tells me it’s cold and raining and he isn’t coming back...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY RUDE. BEWARE OF THE DELIVERY DRIVER!! My daughter recently ordered food to be delivered to her off campus apartment from the Stokos, the York Road location. My daughter received a text from the delivery driver that her food had arrived. When she got downstairs to pick up her food, the delivery driver stuck his hand out of his car window for my daughter to shake. When my daughter tried to shake his hand, he grabbed her arm, pulled her arm through his car window, kissed and smelled it. There was a brief tug-of-war between my daughter and the driver, who is described as an older Indian man who wears glasses. If he did this to my daughter, he would definitely try it again with someone else's child and it may be much worse. If anyone has experienced this type of behavior from this delivery driver, PLEASE REPORT IT TO THE POLICE ASAP like I did to campus police. There is too much going on in this world not to take an incident like this serious! Signed a LIVID, SEETHING MAMA!!!!

I wish I could give them less than a one star rating. On Friday, June 21, 2024, I ordered 10 Whole wings with Old Bay Seasoning (extra seasoning), fried hard. When the delivery arrived, it was not what I ordered. I called that even to let Stokos know - a woman answered and the phone and spoke with me saying “Can you manage” and the next time you order your wings will be at no cost. Today is Tuesday, June 25, 2024 and I called this evening to receive my free wings and the same woman answered the phone. I explained to her the purpose of my call and asked if she remembered me - she said yes. She put me on hold and they played a game of this person and that person having me repeat this story and putting me on hold for someone else to answer. This occurred 3-4 times. The so called manager’s solution was to take my order and charge me the regular price to which I declined. I will no longer order from Stokos especially for my Super Bowl party or any other occasion when my family gathers at my home. This was not a good customer service experience and for not honoring their word to me, I will never again do business with them and I do not...
