Fit Prep — Restaurant in Baltimore

Unbelievably good meal preps. Like really unbelievable. Im worried i sold my soul inadvertently when clicking the boxes for the terms and such lol. Seriously ive been using meal prep services for many years. Im a creature of habit and will stay with the same boring stuff ive had from other companies. Ive only used three others before switching to this.

So far in my first week of service, i am nothing short of amazed. Something just doesn’t make sense. Every other service i used cost more and was not nearly as tasty, and none of them had the variety. How do they make it so good and still cost bit less then other local meal preps?? Seriously someone tell me! Not trying to give them ideas over there, but i feel like this is very premium and would expect to pay more. Also the portions are very generous. So much more protein then im used to getting out of a meal prep. I target around 4000 calories a day with 250g of protein. I used to have to eat the other guys meal preps and wash it down with a protein shake. I couldn’t do that if i wanted, im too full!

The details in the food is really the game changer. The steak came perfect medium, it looked so perfect I didn’t microwave, i ate it at room temp as to not dishonor the chef. The chicken used in several dishes ive tried so far was always perfectly cooked. Some of the veggies still actually had some crunch to them after microwaving. Seasoning is perfect to the point that i dont have to blast it with salt and pepper to give it some flavor.

I dont write many reviews but this was absolutely earned by the team at fit prep. As i am currently eating one now during lunch, i felt compelled to do this. Really guys, i am impressed, and very grateful, don’t change anything!!

This food-prep service company is flat-out ASTOUNDING.

All of the food is always bursting with flavor; I've yet to try something that doesn't taste better than anything you'll find in a restaurant setting. The ingredients are fresh, all natural, and contain no preservatives — it's clean eating through and through. The customer service is fantastic; they work around food allergies to make sure your meals are safe and are quick to respond when you have questions. If you're going on vacation, you can skip the week, no hassle. The meals themselves are incredibly affordable compared to other meal-prep delivery services out there, too. Also, having the exact macros listed out on every container makes calorie and macro tracking easier than ever.

Oh, and another perk you won't find with other services: when you sign up for a meal plan subscription through Fit Prep, you get to select your meals from a wide variety of options on a weekly basis. Other companies only let you do that via the al-la cart selection process; the subscription model on those sites (which is always more affordable) is chosen by the company's chef, which can be hit or miss. Here, I know exactly what I'm getting each week when the food is delivered and I'm getting it at a great price, which is such a game changer.

I was skeptical about doing meal plans but I ordered online June 28 to start receiving meals July 2. I quickly decided I would cook my own meals and I went on the website and canceled June 29th 740am. I received a confirmation that it was canceled and went about my day. This company charged my credit card anyway, never provided ME any meals, never called me or emailed to discuss my canceled order. The phone number on the website is a pre-screened cellphone. I have no meals and $171 taken from me. It's currently in dispute. Very disappointed. No food given to ME and you took my money. ADDENDUM BASED ON THE OWNERS RESPONSE There is no option on your website to cancel an order. I canceled everything because as most companies you automatically signed me up for ongoing subscriptions and it didnt feel right. Regardless if a cancelation is entered and on delivery day you have not given the order to the customer why wouldn't you contact me. You kept my money. Unethical.
