Little Italy — Restaurant in Baltimore

Beware of this place. Last night I called to place an order for me and my coworkers. It was a large order so I asked the guy to repeat the order and charges so everyone knew what their food cost and to make sure the order would be correct. The guy kept giving different prices for the same food. I asked him again to clarify the order and prices. He got angry, kept cutting me off, and yelled. I told him to not charge my card until I get the correct pricing and order. He continue to get angrier and hung up. Before I could call back, I checked my account and saw he charged me. I did not authorize the transaction, in fact, I was not finished with the order. The price he charged me was different from what he quoted me. My coworker called back to try and fix the problem he must have seen our number on caller ID. never said hello just started yelling. We told him he charged the card without permission. He said he did not care and the food was outside. We asked him how is the food already delivered when we didn't finish the order. he hung up. Long story short. I never received the food or my money back. I told him monday morning I will be calling the bank and reporting him to every review. site. He kept calling my job....

First time customer and they only get Three stars because the pizza was actually good but customer service could be better. Ordered online through grub hub with minor alteration of extra pepperoni instead of pepperoni and chicken on their 10” 2-topping special; received phone call asking if I still wanted extra cheese🤦🏽‍♀️. Went to pick up order and the cashier insisted I ordered through Uber and had to repeatedly tell her that not only did I order through grub hub but that she had just called me about my grub hub order thinking I wanted extra cheese. Once I paid for my pizza I stood there staring at it unknowingly for ten minutes before a cook had to come ask me what I was there for and give me my food instead of the cashier going back and grabbing it for me while she spent that time doing absolutely nothing. Had the pizza not been for my daughter I would have asked for a refund and went to stokos - there pizza may be more expensive but I definitely get better...

I ordered my food at 7:52pm didn’t show up until around 9:17 pm . After about an hour I started calling to check on my food. They put me on hold and then told me they would call the driver and see where my order was. After 15 min and me hanging up and calling back because they just would pick up the phone and throw me on hold , after about 8 times they answered and I asked what’s going on… he shows up . My mozzarella sticks weren’t melted anymore and fries were cold. I sent them back and said I’d eat the pizza and they can send back some hot sticks and fries. I have a two year old and 8 yr old eating this pizza and ITS SPICY!! A cheese pizza with half pepperoni is spicy like the sauce has spice to it. Then my 8 year old saw a green object under the cheese. At that point (still haven’t brought back my sticks and fries and I live a half a mile away from them) I drive there and demand my money back . NO APOLOGY NO COMMENT ON THE SITUATION AT ALLLL SMH don’t...
