Sunny's Chicken & Fish — Restaurant in Baltimore

The lady who answer the phone and work the front desk is extremely rude. I work in the area and called Sunnys to place an order for me and my co-workers and she got nasty and rude with me because I asked her to repeat my order. She told me that she didn't have time because she had customers in line waiting. I told her that I also was a customer. So now when someone from my office call she looks at the caller I.D and ignore the call but if we call on our cell she will pick up the phone. I stop eating out of this carry out because this lady is extremely nasty and mean . I would not recommend that anybody tolerate this kind of behavior. My money spend anyway soooo I will no longer support...

Disapoointed is an understatement. I've eaten at their downtown location several times and was consistently satisfied with my food. Unfortunately I can't say the same for this place. I ordered 4 wings and western fries. I put seasoned salt on the chicken myself and it still was underseasoned. Regardless of where I purchase a chicken box, salt is never something it lacks. The biggest issue was my chicken wasn't fully cooked. For some reason Baltimoreans like their wings fried hard and thats cool. I'm the exact opposite. Going to this place you'd have to request is be fried hard just to get it fully cooked. I will Not be returning to...

Sunny's has a variety of chicken selections (meals, tenders, buffalo wings, individual pieces, etc.). Western fries are good. They constantly prepare hot, tasty meals. They also serve deli subs (cheesesteaks, cheese burgers, cold cuts, etc.). You can select different seasonings (honey Old Bay, lemon pepper, etc).

I keep going back for the fish. The lake trout is sooooo good! Nice portions and size. Crispy outside and tender inside. So delicious.
