Wilkens Pizza & More — Restaurant in Baltimore

I ordered online through the Beyond Menu website. When my order arrived, the driver did not follow my delivery instructions and I did not recieve my order of Crazy Fries. When I checked my email receipt and credit card history, I was charged for Crazy Fries. So I called the business to just get my few dollars back for the item but the person who answered was rude. I tried explaining to them that I was charged for food I didn't receive and just wanted my money back for that item. The person on the phone laughed at me and insisted that no Crazy Fries were in my order. I assumed that there was a problem with the system and was ready to proceed with however to fix it but instead the man on the other side refused to acknowledge the problem and just repeated that I did not order any even though I had the email receipt to prove it. I finally just said I would wait a few days to see if the charge was altered and call back if it wasnt. Terrible customer service, even if it is a website or credit card mistake they should not be talking with...

I'm writing this 1/24/16, the day the blizzard ended and Baltimore is digging out. The hospital I work for mandated I stay because some of my coworkers still can't get here. I've been here for 75 hours and just wanted something that tasted good. I'd never heard of these guys and the first pizza place was closed and suggested I call.

I'm so very glad they did. Hands down the best delivery pizza I've had since working here. My coworkers complimented the crust and also said it was the tops. Highly recommend the pizza. Didn't have any issues with customer service, just took some back and forth to get my credit card number right....

Had one slice of pizza it wasnt good at all the whole time i was waited the owner was allowing drug dealers that hang it front of this store all day and night selling heroin .its allowed buy owner and i seen hookers going backdoor on side of building .I'm sure there hand are filthy and there tossing your doe with there hands i seen it know if so they take your and give you filthy doe to eat don't seem fair does it .its to bad the turbines.
