NYC deli style and Pizza and grocery — Restaurant in Baltimore

I put one star because zero wasn't an option. Do not order from this place. I ordered two pizzas, buffalo chicken wings, and a two liter of coke. When they charged me I questioned the $49.00 charge. They admitted that they made a mistake and reswipped the card for $34.00 the second time.

So when I pulled up my account that night I noticed they double charged me for my order for both amounts. So I called them and they told me that they would credit my card the one charge for $49.00.

A week later I checked my account and the credit still wasn't there. So I drove there to question why the credit wasn't issued back to my card. They told me to wait a week longer because it could take five to ten business days to go through.

So a week later there still was no credit. So I drove back to the place a second time and questioned why it wasn't credited. They then denied everything and refused to give me my credit which they promised to do. I'm sorry but two pizzas, buffalo chicken wings, and a two liter of coke should not cost $83.00 no where.

So I then called my credit card company and disputed the charges. I did not sign a receipt for the larger charge. The bank did credit my account...

I used to order here all the time, the food was OK, and I even looked past the terrible customer service, I mean these m-fers are some rude a$$ people. Then the food started getting bad and not as much care went in it. The chicken wasn't done all the way, the pizza would be burnt. And just today I got some cheese fries and the cheese in the cup was nasty, stinky and moldy, I called them back and asked what was going on, and they hung up on me. They are not very clean either a friend of mine got food poison from there and I'm just finding this out after I got done with them. They dont even speak good english and aint trynna learn.I'm just so sick of these foreners coming over here opening up food place's and gotta nerve to be racist and treat other blacks, whites Hispanics or any other American badly and unfair. That's just what I see and experience. They don't care about the less fortunate in the city so they don't put any care into the food or the service. Don't eat here there are so many other good places ran by better...

So I’m going to Nick’s pizza and I order a slice of pepperoni pizza and two chicken wings he tells me $10 so I say OK. How much are the wings cause I ordered a slice of pizza all the time said wings are two dollars apiece I said so you charge me six dollars for a slice of pepperoni pizza, oh my bad my bad Seven dollars I said OK that’s more like it so when they ring me up, he tells me $9.50 they’re charging me $1.50 to use my card that doesn’t make any sense at all and that’s on this occasion the last time I came Into the store place my order for delivery I paid upfront they charged me a two dollar and 50 Cent delivery fee no problem. I know the drivers get paid but they got my order wrong and wanted to charge me to bring the right order to my house. it’s terrible because they treat everybody the same as the demographic of the neighborhood that they cater to.
