You know how sometimes you walk into a fast food restaurant and it is immediately apparent that things are well-rounded, clean, and the employees care about each other, their work, the food they are making, and you as a customer? This Del Taco location is one of those places! We went in for take-out, had special instructions for almost every item for our family of four, and got someone who was training on the register. She was sweetly helpful, and the support staff helping to train her was patient, friendly, and jumped in any time she needed to find something unusual or new. (Well done, Javier!!!! You are going places, such fantastic team building AND customer service! Hope you receive kudos from your management at this location!). Read moreAbsolutely disappointed in this location. Every time I have ordered dinner here, one thing has been missing. Breakfast is totally fine, I never have a missing item. Three times I have ordered the chicken sampler, twice they didn’t give me the quesadilla, third time they gave me a patty wrapped in tinfoil. And just now, I ordered the #6 and they didn’t give me the taco. They are literally named Del Taco and can’t remember to put one in? Also, I had a rude employee continuously tell me I couldn’t use two coupons with the wording “$1 off (taco meal, del meal etc)”. I checked online and nothing in their terms and conditions backed her up. Then I called the survey company because that’s what another store told me to call to ask their policy, the lady gave the managers mine and my mom’s number and it’s been a couple weeks and no one has contacted us. Read moreI ordered online and said it would be ready at 4 pm. I arrived at 4:06 pm The Manager was so unprofessional and the Communication was terrible . The Manger told the Customer in front of me to use the KIOS and ignored me , so I said " im picking up an online order . The Manager just ignored me like I wasn't there she didn't even bother to ask me if I was picking up an order. My order was sitting on the counter and the food was cold because I stood there waiting for some service , After 10 mins I had to say something that I was there to pick up an order. The Manager never apologized what so ever and did nothing to take care of her customer with this situation. A situation that was Simply to fix.
