Ramsey Burger — Restaurant in Banning

I will NEVER support this business again! I walked in and placed my order for my family to go, which was 4 burgers and a quesadilla. I did see a lot of phone orders walking in to pick up there orders, which is fine. But there were also a lot of walk in orders walking in. ALL of which were getting their orders before me, I'm talking 6 or 7 walk in orders that were being served before me. I'm generally a pretty patient person, but after FORTY MINUTES of waiting, I finally decided to ask what is going on. The guy at the counter couldn't even find my order or tell me if they started cooking it. So I started to get angry and ask why all of these people were getting their orders first to which his reply was "well, there were a lot of phone orders" and I said well, I understand that but I've personally heard and watched people order in here after me and all of them have already gotten their food and left". He responded "well their orders were smaller than yours" at this point he was smirking very arrogantly like it was funny to him. I told him that it shouldn't matter the size of my order, I got here first and ordered first, my order should take priority. All he had to say was "well sorry, were busy". His response and lack of wanting to find a solution to the issue has forever lost a customer for this business. I will never support them again. One of my favorite burger spots is this hidden gem located off of Ramsey and next to a golf cart store and a Chinese restaurant. This tiny restaurant that could probably fit 16 people max houses some of the best burgers and chili fries in the IE area. Honestly, if this place were to go head on against in-n-out, they would crush the fast food chain in both burgers and obviously fries.

I absolutely love how simple and yet flavorful their burgers are. Every time I crave chili cheese fries, this is the first place that comes to mind. Their chili has the perfect amount of beans and meat and they add the perfect layer of cheese on top. Everything is made to order and is always worth the wait. The staff are always really kind and they pack our orders into boxes that they cut up to fit everything. I kind of don’t want to share this place since it’s my personal favorite place but I also have to recommend this small business because they are fantastic at what they do.

Also, just a heads up, they are a cash only establishment and if you do forget, they do have an atm...

Because i went into ramsey burger specifically ordered 4 burger specials and asked if i could supplament two burgers one for hot dog and other for taquitos and they gave me 1 burger 1 hot dog 1 order of taquitos and 4 fries 4 drinks and some zucchini got home called told them my situation because they didnt put a receipt in the box ask them so what do i do about this the person told me that he missed understood me and didnt charge me for the 4 specials i asked for but gave me 4 fries and 4 drinks stating he must have givin me and extra fry and drink so being that i had no reciept i have to believe he didnt charge for what i ordered when hes lying because 4 frys 4 drinks tells you that 4 specials were ordered and no correction was even made i feel tookin advantage of cause they didnt even try to make it rite so this place doesnt do...
