Taco Bell — Restaurant in Banning

I was at this location just after 12pm on this day. I needed a cup of coffee before heading back to work. The parking lot looked nice and clean. I used the drive through. I asked the female if they had hot coffee. She said "yes". I asked for a medium coffee, 7 cream, with no sugar. She asked me if that is a hot coffee. I responded "Yes, please". She explained that she would be putting the cream in the cup. I told her that it would be perfect. I drove up to the window. The butterfly girl confirmed that it was a medium hot coffee with 7 cream and NO sugar.. I Paid for the coffee and drove away. I got to my work location, got set up for work. Then, I took a sip of the hot coffee ☕️ it was as sweet as the smile on the drive through girl's face. Come on, butterfly girl. 🦋 you double checked with me. I had the best customer service experience here out of all the Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. We came in just before noon on a Friday and were greeted once we got to the kiosk. The same worker let us know he would be happy to help us if we had any questions; he finished the rest of our order and served us with a smile, making sure we knew he had put hot sauce and napkins in the bag for us. I wasn’t able to get his name but he was tall and had a mustache; his customer service was top notch! 😄 Finally, when we were on our way out the door he said to us, “Have a nice day and thanks for coming in!” Oh! And the Crunchwrap we ordered was made well and the drinks were mixed right. ☺️ The store front and bathrooms were also clean...

Not impressed, definitely won't be coming back. I'll go to the one on 2nd street. Ordered 3 chalupa cravings boxes - all special orders + - ingredients. Everything was mixed up in all 3 boxes and not marked correctly. The lady at the register told me online orders are too hard, I need to open items and organize items in the correct boxes myself. After opening all wrappers, unwrapping and inspecting all the burritos. Our whole order was cold when I got home. Seems like they need training. Not hard to put the correct items in the correct boxes. Also never tell a customer to do their job, and their job too hard. Never had this issue at any other Taco Bell. Ordered at about 7:15pm on 9/18/2021...
