So I went through the drive-thru the other night it was a really long line I ordered an eight piece meal and I asked that my two sides both be french fries so I get to the window and the girl charged me $36.39 and I said why is it so much she said well it's $24 for the mail and then your sides that I said no my sides are the two fries she said it's $36 so there was so much people in line that I went ahead and paid it I did not get a receipt I got home which is only down the street I called and they did not answer the phone so I went back down there the lady told me our walk-in is closed I said no I need to see a manager the manager came up did not have a name tag on it wouldn't give me her name would not give me a refund because I didn't have a receipt and I told her that I didn't get a receipt I talked to the girl at the drive-thru and said you remember me and she goes you asked for two fries I said no I said my sides were the fries I'm very mad they were very poor service they weren't friendly I couldn't dispute it with my bank because I paid cash I will never go to the KFC again and I have lived in the area for more than 20 years. Also when I called their corporate office , 3 different times , they didn't answer...on hold for more...
Read moreHorrible customer service and some of the most worst employees I have ever encountered. At around 5:50 on February 22nd we ordered a 16 piece meal with four sides and two chicken littles. THATS IT. When we got to the window this blonde girl asks what drink we wanted. But we never ordered a drink. My mother proceeds to ask the girl if she could repeat the order and she replies “the 16 piece meal with two chicken littles.” Correct right? Thats what we ordered. Now we expected that she’d remove that combo order but of course she didn’t. So then they tell us to pull up, we notice we never recieved the reciept and my mom literally sees the girl fold the receipt and set it somewhere. The male coworker walks out and hands us the food without saying a word and we ask if we can have the reciept. He walks aways again without saying a word and brings back the reciept. Now we recieved everything we asked for but the reciept charged us an extra $6 for a combo meal THAT WE NEVER ASKED FOR not only that we literally asked her to repeat the order yet she never adjusted it and never gave the reciept to us. I don’t know if she was trying to get a free meal or simply did not recieve basic common sense...
Read moreFIRST of all we went through the drive through as the lobby wasn't open.Well they had a deal of 14 piece chicken Dinner with 6 biscuits, Mashed Potatoes,Coleslaw for about $32 out the door.so I got that. The food was ok usually is. The service was about the same. The guy at the register was polite, but when he gave me back change from my order he just threw the money coins and all in my hand and the coins didnt quite make it to the car. He apologized but never replaced my change that he had dropped, then he asked if we needed some butter and honey for our biscuits...I said yes that would be great. End result was no napkins, no to go plates,forks or utensils. Butter but no honey all in all they could have done better....So I gave a 4 star thinking maybe it was a bad day or maybe a first day on the job deal. Just for future...the worst thing that you can experience at a drive through is a botched order that is found out after you have driven away.....KFC is and always has been one of my favorites, along with Arbys, and Wendys.....If I havent already I will write a review...
