It is hard to mess up a Subway sandwich if it's made the way you were trained... But whoever hires the people to work at this particular store but they are poor at their job. Nothing is ever 100% correct whenever I go to this location but I'm a glutton for punishment seeing as i still go to to it as it's less than 2 miles from my house. This will be the first time I've made a complaint. Is a very small complaint but little things add up. I ordered two foot long sandwiches online and in the notes section for my order not only request was for heavy mayonnaise and for sandwiches to be cut into thirds. The sandwiches were cut into halves and I've had more mayonnaise come out of a packet than what was on the sandwich. I'm not big on complaints but when fast food workers around the country are requesting higher wages I'm requesting higher diligence on my food. And if Subway is wanting need to pay a dollar per inch for a sandwich, they need to worry about hiring somebody that can make a damn sandwich. Last straw, last visit, first and last complaint.

Read moreTraveling through and stopped for lunch. The staff were all unfriendly and unprofessional. My boyfriend commented that it cost $24 and change for a 12 inch sub and 3 cookies. I remembered seeing them push what I thought was his receipt to the side, but when I looked at it there was a ham and cheese sub on there, so I put it down thinking it wasn't his. Then I remembered it also had 3 cookies on it. So, I went back and picked up the receipt. They had charged him for his food, plus another sub that he did not get. When she got home she was upset because she felt that she was not treated with respect and courtesy at this location in Barnesville Ga. She was ignored repeatedly by some young girl that they keep hiring there and eventually had to be helped by someone else who didn't make the sandwich a "Pro" and I'm pretty sure that she got overcharged for it and it definitely didn't look like a Pro when I received it. It was busy there but doesn't mean that you don't give customers attention and respect. I don't think that we will come back regardless of barnesville having very few restaurants ...
