Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Barnstable

My pizza was not sliced all the way through, which is as good as a not slice:14pm. Another issue was that when the manager sliced the pizza (he told me he was the one who did it) sliced totally uneven. There are gigantic slices and tiny slices. I called to complain, and the girl called this guy who said he was the manager. He said if I brought my pizza to the store he’d give me a new one. if I came to the store. I told him if I could come to the store, I wouldn’t have paid for delivery. Then he said he could send another pizza if I sent my whole pizza back. My 2 year old was waiting for this pizza for dinner, she couldn’t wait another 45 minutes. He did not care at all, since he told me I’d have to send it back. I told him, I will send, but it’ll be missing 2 slices for my daughter. He said no. He also told me the pizza was perfectly fine. He said that dominos do not guarantee a sliced pizza. Yes, I yelled at him and hung up. That manager is ridiculous. I told him I was going to write this review, he said “ok”. If you’re his boss, I’m pretty sure the call is recorded. My tenant ordered a pizza, the driver came to the front door, (not the tenant's door), I was cooking dinner my husband was not available, I answered the door and told the driver I did not order pizza, he said my tenant's name, I stated did the ticked say front door, he said No it says the back door, the first door. I said why are you at the front door?? I called my tenant to get the pizza, totally disrupting my family, and then the driver did not bring change!! Are you kidding me? He had to go to his car. So many problems with dominos that I will never order from them again (prior to this). The next time that Happens I will say I did not order a pizza and shut the door. Get quality help people...or do you not pay enough...his tip was greatly effected by his inability to read. I called the store to speak to the manager he was no help..apparently..this is not a first. In addition he had no mask or safety precautions! Arevyou kiddinng me do they have no covid...

We've used this location many times and last night will most definitely be our last order with this franchise. When the delivery driver got out of his car he was extremely rude. He told me I gave him the wrong phone number (I triple checked that mine was in the delivery instructions box considering we live in an apartment complex) and told me I was no help to him. He also told me to get my service dogs diseased nose away from his "brand new" car. We immediately called the store for a refund and it seems like not much was done for the situation considering the discrimination I explained above Hope you got a car wash Daniel! He sure is a filthy and diseased animal who accompanies me and lessens my disability...
