didn't know I could do this till today when a Bourne location also screwed me. this marstons mills new building in same area has morons working there. and I mean that offensively based off what they did. I ordered 2 drinks a medium hot coffee French vanilla swirl for my dad n a large iced French vanilla coffee extra extra for me. they screwed up both coffees. had to go back around the drive through after turning around down the road. these lazy bums decided to use same cups and just add blast of French vanilla coffee to the existing drinks. which made dad ok sense he got a reg coffee. but my iced coffee was now so sweet and stuff it made me sick to my stomach with one sip. so we turned around again. the 3rd time they just made me a large French vanilla swirl ice coffee. still not what I ordered. after that they wouldn't remake it n I said f it. I went online and emailed customer support. I got a total f u response. it literally said. we are sorry this happened but there is nothing we can do but we hope you keep shopping at this location. we appreciate your business. no free coupon or anything. just a f u but keep shopping with us. well after today I def. wont go to any location. to day at the bourn location on off cape side by that rotary I had to wait 10 mins for them to break a 100 not a big deal. but after that they didn't give me a dunachino with whip cream no these jack offs gave me a large hot with cream no sugar. I only drink 2 things at dunkins. French vanilla ice coffee and dunkachino with whip cream. He didn't say there would be an upcharge, which I expected there i would be because it would be more than a muffin, he just said he couldn't do it. So we drove away I pick up the hash browns I ordered and plopped one in my mouth and it was luke warm. Drove back around explained to the lady that we knew there was a charge for the bagel, couldn't even get a word in edge wise on even what bagel I wanted. I tried ordering a simple small caramel swirl iced coffee, and she asked me to repeat what kind of coffee it was, sat in silence for about 10 seconds and then asked me how I was doing like I was a completely new customer.. I asked her if she was okay and she said "Ya, I told you you can come up to the window now.", which she never did and I wasn't done with my order yet, anyway. I proceeded to ask her if she was intoxicated and she replied with "We're not going to serve you sorry, leave." and kept repeating that statement in response to whatever I said.
