This place was one of the most horrible places we may have ever experienced in our lives. My girlfriend placed a delivery order and was initially very happy to receive the food. Everything changed when the delivery driver who was hired by the business insulted her through text messages for not leaving a TIP. Mind you I myself work in similar capacities and have not gotten TIPs for deliveries. However I'm an adult and I push on with my job it's the nature of the work some times you get them sometimes you don't. Never have I ever had the audacity to let alone feel entitled to a TIP but take it upon myself to verbally disrespect a customer through text messages or other. She was so upset she called the restaurant for a resolution. She spoke to 2 managers John and Roger both of which initially seemed to try to help. As for John I believe he was sincere in trying to assist her in her disappoinment and anger over the situation as for Roger he seemed like he could care less I spoke to him myself. She was lied to and told that they did not know the delivery drivers name because we were considering contacting the authorities. Impossible I've worked many jobs over my 39 years and so has she. We've never been employed somewhere without giving our last names. She was so upset that she has NOT been able to eat the food and still won't. She spent nearly $24 dollars on. She was promised a call back from a manager and never received it. They mentioned the driver would be reprimanded and potentially fired but we are unsure of this action. The driver has sent her several insulting text messages directly to her phone continuously. I'm sure that the owner of this restaurant Mr. Enzo Grisi would be quite upset to know that the people who are operating his business are not competent enough to help a dissatisfied customer on such a rude and horrible experience. We never plan to ever deal with this business and the sad part about this is that we wanted to keep this matter only focused on the driver however we realize that the restaurant isn't sincere in helping her feel whole. This was so uncaused for and unprofessional. She is still on edge an hour later after this experience. This was the worst and I would advise anyone considering patronizing this business to choose somewhere else who can handle a situation like this properly that is in the best interest of the customer. I thank him said I appreciate you. he said you're welcome smiled and walked away. when he got downstairs he decided to text my phone and be disrespectful and call me names. I called the restaurant to express my frustration. I spoke to a manager by the name of John who insured me that the situation would be taken care of and that he would be fired. After he was fired he continued to still text my phone continuing to be disrespectful and calling me names. I called back again and another manager answered by the name of Rocky. I asked for the delivery Man's first and last name because this situation has now become a safety issue for me and my family. the manager told me that they do not know his last name. and insured me that he would be fired and they would delete my number from his phone and call me back. I find it very unprofessional to hire someone and don't know their first and last name but send this person to people's houses and provide them with the customers first last name address and phone number. I'm very uncomfortable with this situation and will not be ordering from this restaurant ever again due to the way they handled their employee. I called the restaurant three times about the situation in each time I received a different name to different managers. I was only provided the delivery Man's first name ( Rick). I asked to speak to the owner about the situation and they kept avoiding providing me with this information.I definitely want to warn other customers to not order online with this restaurant as your information can be compromised in the restaurant does not keep proper information about their employees. I still can't believe I was being harassed over a $2.16 tip. you never know somebody situation. if he really needed the money I would suggest for him to find a second job and harassing customers over tips is ridiculous. A tip is not mandatory. the restaurant pays the delivery people to deliver food anad tips are optional. I am so upset about this situation and I will never order from this...
