Angie and the staff here do an amazing job. Whether they are short-staffed or not, they never fail to have a smile on their faces and, let’s face it, they’re humans and they aren’t robots. They go above and beyond to help customers feel like family. I personally have seen Angie work her tail off for her store. I’ve seen her in 90 degree weather cleaning outdoor furniture. Which, if you ask me, is insane. I thought companies hired outside contractors for this. Starbucks overall needs to do a better job. Ever since the new CEO took over the company, I haven’t seen a promotion on my app (mind you, I come several times a day). The staff no longer can be themselves. They’ve forced them to wear black shirts and hats? I’m going to miss Rachel, Andrew and the rest of the crew leaving. It’s a shame what Starbucks has turned into. However, when I received my order through the drive-thru, both drinks had whipped cream, and the Caramel Ribbon Crunch was missing the coffee base. When I brought this to the employee’s attention, I was told to drive around again, but by then, there were five or six cars in line. To avoid the long wait, I decided to go inside instead. I watched as the drinks were remade, but upon returning home, I discovered that the Caramel Ribbon Crunch still lacked flavor—it was very plain and tasted incorrect. Read moreI ordered 3 simple lattes to go and arrived at the store exactly at the time it said it would be ready for pick up (4:12). The drinks Were not ready so I used the restroom. I came out still no lattes. 10 minutes past my pick up and After watching several people order at the counter leave I finally asked where our drinks were. The woman behind the espresso machines pointed to the counter behind her said they were right there. She Didn’t not attempt to hand me the lattes. The other employee took another new order and ignored my request. When we asked a third time to be handed our finished coffees it was with an eye roll and delivered to the dirty pick up table.
