Not a $85 experience for 2! My wife and I had some time for lunch and decided to try the new IHOP. We were seated rather quickly. Waitress came and asked us what we would like to drink. This is where it started to go south. We ordered an iced tea with lemon, water with lemon and 2 coffees. She asked us what flavor creamer and we said hazelnut and half n half. After 4 other couples were seated and they received coffee before us and we had not seen our waitress we started to wonder about our drink order. The tea and water came and we asked about the coffee. She said “oh, I’m getting that now and when she came back there was no creamer. We asked for it again and she came back with something else. We asked again and the third time, it was brought out. The food came out about 15 minutes later and but instead of marinara for the cheese sticks we got cocktail sauce. We ate some but the bacon was cold, my wife’s stomach started to hurt. We asked for the check and to our surprise, $74.43 was the total. I personally did not see an $85 with tip meal for two. Yes, $85 at IHOP for 2 meals and most of which was wrong. I believe if I am paying for 2 meals at IHOP things should be right and staff should have the ability to do it right. Hey IHOP, train your staff and take a look at your prices and keep in mind you are an IHOP. I have lived here for 11 years and this was our first and most likely last...
Read moreI just had the worst IHOP experience really the worst restaurant experience ever when it came to my order. Around 11:45 (3/27) me and a friend went and ordered some simple breakfast. I ordered the split decision with an extra egg so total three eggs and french toast with whipped cream on top and a chocolate slice of cake. When the lady brought it to our table I noticed the chocolate cake wasn't here the sausage links weren't cooked all the way almost Raw both of them. The three eggs I ordered I only got two I asked to waiter and she says the cook did not want to cook one extra egg. I asked the waiter what about the cake and the waiter said the cook is grumpy and don't want to cook it. So I asked the lady to remove it from my check then. I Ask the waiter if they could cook the sausage link a little bit more they brought it back almost burnt but the inside was still raw. We saw the cook walking around looking angry obviously it was a bad day for him. When the French toast came there was no whipped cream either like I asked originally. I guess the cook decides what he wants to cook even if I specifically asked for extra. I went the night before and had a great time but obviously different cook or bad day one of those for the cook. The...

I ordered from the House Faves $7 breakfast menu. I got the French toast breakfast. The French toast slice was super thick, cooked perfectly and was delicious. 2 strips of bacon, cooked well. 2 fried eggs over medium, perfectly cooked. Delicious hot coffee with a small pot for easy hot refills. They had flavored creamers (hazelnut and vanilla) and half and half. Each cup I poured was hot and fresh. Very friendly and attentive customer service!!! Not crowded, clean, and had music playing for a minute that added to the atmosphere, but stopped for some reason...I could hear the cooks Spanish music wafting out quietly from the kitchen...if the dining room music was back on, atmosphere would have been 5 stars. The $7 menu was the perfect cost and size for me. Overall great...
