This is our usual stop on the way to Vegas. Normally I’d give them 5 stars, but not today. I thought the young lady who took my order was a bit distracted. She didn’t about vegan v vegetarian info on food items & she didn’t bother trying to find out. I gave her a pass on that one- got my chai & snack, and got back on freeway. Well, I just looked at my cup & it’s not with oat milk (& I’m lactose intolerant). What a bummer-I’ve already drank most of it. It’s goong to be a bubble-gut ride to Vegas. Oh my!!!!! I’ll have to make sure I double check my order going forward. And I have a couple hours to get over my Starbucks...

Tell me why there was what seems to be dried old cows milk at the bottom of the cup? I didn't realize until I took my first sip with a straw and got an awful taste in my mouth. Immediately spit it out. The dried milk is still caked on the bottom after 30 mins.
