Arby's — Restaurant in Bartlesville

It was actually a heart wrench one. My friend asked if I wanted to go and eat lunch with him. I said ' what whatcha hungry for? I suggested a few places however, ARBYS BEING MY 1ST CHOISE cause him and his mom, as I all love eating Arby's+ im formal employee back in the 90s. She just recently passed and he hasn't been able to allow himself to mourn.. However being there and I ended up ordering what his mom always did. I had no idea what she ate.. my ARBYS IS SLIDERS AND jalapeños bites.. but for some reason. I ordered #1.. he was able to let few tears out .. I do believe he wrote a little note on napkin to his mom and left her so.e food on napkin.. I didn't ask to read it.. I was letting him process it with having to answer any questions.. Thanks for a great place to dine in or carry out, with awesome and great food.. customer service was great as well.....

I ordered an item on the menu... the associate informed me over the intercom that it was discontinued. I stated that I needed a few more minutes to decide. She asked how much time I needed. I said I wasn't sure, since the menu that was being displayed wasn't accurate. Obviously it was displaying items that were no longer available. The associate told me that I needed to hurry because others were waiting. There were no cars behind me, so I'm not sure who she was referencing. I decided to leave and drive to the other Arby's across town. They had the item I was wanting. Apparently it wasn't discontinued at...

I hate giving bad reviews on a business, but I haven't received a correct order from this store in a very long time. I'll go out of my way from now on, in Hope's to get my order correct. First off, the Sprite was out (Total honest mistake, Sprite and carbonated water are the same color). 2nd, we recieved a sweet tea and a rootbeer and not the Coke and Dr. Pepper we ordered. We waited longer for potato cakes, but had to cook them when we got home because they were way under done. The sandwiches were the only thing not screwed up. I get it, everyone has a bad night, but this wasn't the first bad...
