We have eaten twice at this location in the past month, prior to that we hadn’t been there in probably a year or more. We’ve had our grand children with us and they like the arcade. The first time we were there I will say they were pretty busy, they were staffed with what looked like 25 year old and under kids. We were in there almost 2 hours due to the fact that every time anybody wanted a refill on pizza we had to wait for them to put more on the buffet, and they acted bothered to have to do that. At one point there was a line of people waiting for forks due to there weren’t any clean forks. We chalked it up to they were busy and having a rough night. We went back this evening, 9/6/22 around 8:30-9:00 with the kids and I don’t think it could get any worse than it was tonight, at least I certainly hope it doesn’t. They were not busy, there were still no clean forks, the young girl who waited on us was extremely ill mannered. We ordered four buffets even though the buffet had closed at 8 PM there was still plenty of pizza out. I stepped off to the restroom and had my significant other deal with this girl waiting on us. When I returned we had two plates and two salad bowls so I asked him where are the kids plates and drinks? He said I don’t know this is all she gave me. I have to walk back up to the register and I had 4-5 very young employees all look at me at separate times and advance on in towards the kitchen, finally the cheerful young girl came back out and rolled her eyes at me and I said these kids need to eat too, she sighed loudly and said I left plates out there then slung two plates at me and walked off as I was saying HEY!! I had to stand there another 2 to 3 minutes at least to wait for somebody else, finally a middle-aged woman kind of limping towards the counter holding onto her jaw and moaning asked if she could help me and I told her yes can I please have 2 cups and straws for these kids, at least she was helpful. Management needs to buy some more forks and then do something about hiring this many kids to work an evening shift without responsible adult supervision or they’re going to run this business...
Read moreWhere to start 🤔 Arrived, placed an order for 3 buffets & a pasta order to go. Took the girl over 5 minutes to enter it. Got our plates. No silverware. No ice in the fountain drink machine. Got our salads & pizza, ate. Finally, a guy with earbuds in came by & asked if we'd received our to go order yet. Nope. He'd go check on it. Never saw him again. I finally got my walker & headed to the front to find out what happened to the pasta to go. Took several minutes, but I finally got the attention of the girl who took our order. She said she forgot & went to get it. Came back with it & said she couldn't find us. Your coworker who can't hear because he has earbuds shoved in found us & we also had a big number 10 sitting on the table the entire time. So which is it? You couldn't find us or you forgot about it? No salt & pepper. Asked someone. She said she hadn't been able to find the shakers all day, but she'd fill some & bring them out. Never happened. When we left, I could see in our immediate vicinity 6 tables still with dirty dishes piled on them. Severely disappointed in this location & the attitude of the employees. Ms Amy Figueredo, GM of the Bartlesville location, I suggest you spend a little more in your store & training your people. The store was a disgusting mess, no one knew what anyone, including themselves, were doing, it was like the lunatics were running the asylum. Oh, the rug just inside the door, not conducive to walkers. I almost fell coming in & leaving. We can almost add 'not handicapped friendly' to the list. OH! While we're here, how about those 2 handicapped parking spots? Both were occupied by vehicles from Montgomery County Kansas & neither had a handicapped plate or placard. This Mazzio's has gone to the rats. ETA: In response to Mazzio's canned automated reply, read the reviews. Going back MONTHS. Same complaint, one after the other & yet there's been no resolution which tells me that the owners have zero skcuf to give. Hey Bartlesville! Next new item on the Mazzio's menu, garlic roasted cockroaches & marinated rat poops. I'm sure you're as...
Read moreI remember when this place used to always be packed when I was a kid, but it’s still a good experience. My 6 year old wanted to eat here today because she specifically likes the salad bar. I got her the kids pepperoni pizza and salad bar, my 12 year old the turkey hoagie and fries, and I got the 8 piece traditional wings and fries. The 12 year old swears the fries were the best ever, I liked my wings, but I really love the fountain Root Beer. My 6 year old was full from her mini pizza so she didn’t get to eat much of her loaded up salad she had to have. I asked a worker for a to go container and a worker said we couldn’t take the salad to go. I asked if I could get a refund on it then, so she got the manager. I’m pretty grateful the manager decided to let us take it to go, because it’s the one reason we went there. If I had known of the policy for ordering it “to go” before hand I would have done that, because one bowl is plenty for my daughter. It’s not like she’s going to go through a second time for another bowl. I’m giving 5 stars for food, service, and the manager being understanding and cooperative for this momma who didn’t want to see her 6 year old throw a tantrum in the restaurant. Thank...
