Wild story from pizza hut tonight. Ordered online for pickup. Couple of large pizzas and breadsticks nothing crazy. Got to the drive through and the shift lead, Mikey, told me he needed more time for our order and to pull around so he could service the car behind me. No problem so far, sometimes its busy and they need more time. During my second appearance at the drive through, Mikey states that he gave my order to another customer. Mimey states that he contacted said customer and my order was on its way back to the store so I could have it. I was a little confused. My food left with a customer, a random person I dont know and they were going to give that to me? I asked for clarification and Mikey walked away from the window, possibly not hearing me. After a further wait, I parked and went inside. I asked for clarification again and Mikey states that the customer should be back anytime with my food. I told Mikey I did not want the food that left with some rando. Mikey states at this point he will remake the order and gives me a 15 minute wait. I request a refund instead, shocked at the lack of care for food quality or safety. Even if I was okay with risking it on the order, it did not leave in a hot bag and it had been close to an hour so probably would have been cold. Mikey issues me a refund after further wait because he could not remember how to do so and had to call the GM. I spoke with the GM who confirmed to me that any order that leaves the store with a customer always should be remade. I would give zero stars if I could. Im sure Mikey is a nice young man, but his decision...
Read moreI had great service. I went in to order and the gentleman at the counter was talking to another customer on the ph while acknowledging me. When he was done on the ph he helped me and told me what specials they had which i asked for. He was going to wait for me to look and i yold him it was ok if he needed to go work on the other customers order while i looked to see what i wanted. He was still going to stay with me but i told him that it was ok because it was going to take me awhile and he was the only one there working which i do not think that is ok being by himself with no help. When i was ready he stopped what he was working on and came over and got my order. He told me it would be about 20 min and i told him i was going to go out and sit in my yruck and i would come back in in 20 min. It was around 15 min and here he came out the door with my 3 pizza's. I told him he did not have to bring them out and he told me that was ok and to have a great evening. This gentleman is a great asset to your company. It’s currently 6:33 and I am INSIDE I’ve only been spoken to once and once was “let me go find your order” yeah she disappeared never came back. To add to the factor. Another couple was here and they had been here since 5:57. This is ridiculous, it’s not even busy in here. Phone rang twice, only us and another couple inside. Asked for an update got an excuse “I’ve got a cook and yeah” to be exact. I love vague answers.
