Edit from a 5 star to a 3 star one year later I’m not sure what is going on with the serving sizes, but the ice cream used to overflow the size of the cups and it was a good value for the money. Now the ice cream is carefully measured with ity bity scoops of ice cream. It’s about a 50% reduction in total ice cream from what it was last summer (2021). It’s quite frustrating because it totally feels like a rip off. What WAS a medium is now considered a large. When you order a large, you get less ice cream than what used to be a medium.
I’ve racked up nearly 400 of their reward points for my family and I in about a year. Due to the lack of serving sizes and less value, I think we too will reduce the number of points significantly over the next year. I even have a photo showing what a “large” serving looks like and may post it.

Read moreI’ve been to this location 3 times and was disappointed each time. The staff is very friendly which is about the only good thing I can say. The chai latte, spiced and vanilla, tastes like dirty water with very little flavor unfortunately. The coconut latte (seasonal) doesn’t taste like coconut in the slightest unfortunately. I’ve also tried a vanilla latte from this location of which tasted like chocolate milk. I’m not sure how these three simple lattes could taste as off as they do; however, the lack of quality continues over to the donuts. By about 8:15 am on Saturday their selection is well picked through which would be the case with a busy store on the weekend. However, the donuts I bought at this time were already stale and definitely not worth the money I paid. This place has so much potential and the atmosphere is wonderful. Today was the second time I have ordered online and they do not have at least 75 to 80% of the donuts that you order online. They also never know that you have ordered online when you go through the drive-through until you tell them and then they find the ticket and see that it was placed even though you were given a time when your order will be ready. The prior time 50% of my donuts they did not have and the other 50% were donuts that I did not even order. They had the type of donut such as Long John but not the correct filling or the correct icing.
