Forget about cash only and the owners/management are living in the dark ages...
I've parked my work truck in their parking lot when I'm working as a utility worker/reader. I'm only there for a few hours. Last Thursday, the owners/management decided to have my work truck towed! Even DAZZO's TOWING was shocked. "You sure you want it towed?" They asked. The elderly couple behind the counter even DENIED calling even when I asked them.
For the record: Yes there WAS a NO PARKING sign in the lot, but for past 6 years, I've had countless businesses tell me that I'm fine since I'm a utility worker. PLUS, I've parked there MANY times in the past!
Just because you CAN do it doesn't mean you SHOULD. Bad business decision by the owners/management. As a college student working a full time job making an average income, I'm out $200 because they thought they needed to exercise their power.

CASH ONLY! Elms was great! I would totally come back the food was really good (personally I liked the burger the best) the home made root beer was delicious, we got a root beer float after the food and it was really good. A burger, hot dog, pulled pork bbq sandwich, two orders of fries, two root beers and two root beer floats cost like $22 the price is worth driving from a little bit of a distance. Visited for the first time tonight. As a newbie in batavia I found myself looking for a good mom and pop place for a quick bite. Well I found it. The prices are very affordable. The older couple and their son that were running things we so kind and made sure we had every thing we needed. After reading the bad reviews, I simply cannot agree! Our burgers were fantastic, service was wonderful. Their root beer was homemade and amazing. Even took a malt to go. Will definitely be back. Hope they stay up...
