I placed an order on the app at and arrived at sonic 6 minutes later at 1:19 let them know that I was there right then. Stall #4. All I ordered was 2 slushes and 1 Sour patch kids float after a long wait It said James was on his way out with my order. I waited no one came hit the red button multiple times. After realizing I was being ignored I went inside and no one acknoledged me. Another customer said that she waited at the order area over 15 minutes before she was waited on. I yelled excuse me and the guy I found out to be James said I didn’t have to yell. I said yes I do when I’m being ignored and have been at the restaurant over 30 minutes for drinks. He was rude and asked if I wanted an application I said no. I want my money back as there were no drinks in the back waiting to be sent out so I knew my order was not ready he then handed me a $10 bill. I told him my order was only $5 and change he. Then gave me $5.75 and I walked out called corporate and they still have not had any one call me back and this occurred on Sunday. They don’t care about their rude staff, that they say they are bringing the food out so the wait times look low. Read moreGot food here last night at around 9 PM. Ordering a Pretzel Twist and Water took over 35 minutes, then at the window it took over 10 just to receive a simple pretzel. Once we got it, it was missing the cheese sauce we asked for. Sat at the window for another 5 minutes with neither employee interacting. Tried to wave one down who went to go take food to somebody in their car, and were ignored. Dozens upon dozens of cars left angrily due to neither employee doing their job in a timely manner or caring at all. Absolutely terrible service at a reasonable hour. Never left a review before but utterly baffled by how awful the service was from both employees, I was more than polite and apologetic while waiting to order but by the time we got to the window it became clear that the issue wasnt low staffing but just a complete lack of effort or care by the employees. Read moreRan through the drive through at Sonic after picking my wife up from her last night of clinicals, finishing the semester of college. Sonic was one of 3 places still open so we decided to "celebrate" as best we could. Got to the drive through speaker 15 minutes before closing and 3 different times were times we were told that the food would take an extremely long time to make and we should do elsewhere.
Undeterred we ordered what we wanted and low and behold it only took about 4 minutes (record time compared to other visits to Sonic) for our food to be handed to us through the window.
2 stars for Service because the staff tried to run us off because it was close to closing, 1 star for Atmosphere since we didn't eat there. 3 stars for Food since it was hot, made correctly and we got the right food. Shame on the staff for trying to scare us away just because there was 15 minutes till closing , especially since there were other cars in the drive...
