I've written reviews for places that may have been a gut reaction to a bad day at the location. This review will not be the case. This review is absolutely to be a warning to other customers. This is a pattern now with this store of hideously bad service and long wait times.
We placed our order around 5:50 PM for the drive thru pickup window. We arrived early at maybe 6:07. We knew we were early. When we arrived at the window the woman working kind of scolded us for being there 13 minutes early. I'm paraphrasing but literally the conversation was, "what's the name?" "Name is for Vincent." "You're order isn't ready yet and you are here too early. You were quoted 6:20." Very strange decision to lecture someone on being early but I apologized and left the drive through. We sat in front of Fast Track until about 6:25 before getting back in line. The line was gridlocked. We sat until 7:00 PM and the line was not moving. My wife left the car to go inside and see if the order was ready and if she could take it out from the lobby. They told her it just went in and would be a few more minutes. 7:15 comes around and we make it to the window where we are told it just went in and it will be ready in a few minutes. Nearly 1 hour from when it was quoted to be ready.
We were nice. We played games like "Eye Spy" with the kids to keep them from being mind numbingly bored. We laughed amongst ourselves to pass the time and we're polite with the crew whom we're not polite with us. They lied to us. They mislead us on the wait times multiple times. This experience is horrendous and it's happened more than once.
For the record - I don't blame the poor ladies who spoke with us. I blame whatever sorry excuse for management that allows this to be the standard. Was there a massive order delaying things? Wasn't communicated. Was there walkouts slowing things down? Wasn't communicated. Was there 50 orders ahead of us? Wasn't communicated. We were left to wait with no answers. Don't come here. You've...
Read moreI finished placing my order at 7:01pm. Was told it'd be here 7:36pm. I have been sitting at my front window since 7:25pm to make sure I didn't miss the delivery. It is now 8:08pm as I am typing this sentence and still no delivery. This location has a really bad history of being lazy and not having orders ready at the time promised. I used to order from this location every 1 or 2 weeks for years up until about 5 years ago because of their service. Now they're lucky if I order 3x a year. I have personally stood in the restaurant watching employees mess around and argue and not even make food when my order was supposed to be ready then and they had numerous tickets hanging. Making me wait over 1.5hrs for carryout at one point. I managed a local pizza chain for 10 years. This is unacceptable. Whoever is managing this location needs retrained or a serious change in leadership needs considered. It is now 8:13pm and still no order. I am less than 3 mins away, less than 1 mile as the crow flies. And over $5 for a delivery fee is theft. When I managed general rule of thumb was the price of 1 gallon of gas was acceptable delivery fee. You are the #1 highest fee in the entire area, by far, not even close. Most places are around $3. That's also why, while I know it's not their fault or policy and having worked in the industry for years, I don't tip your drivers nearly as well as other companies. Paying $5 for delivery less than 1 mile away, on a simple order mind you, large pep and 6 breadsticks, and being told 35 mins and now at 1hr20mins, over double the promised time. It is now 8:20pm.
UPDATE: Driver came up at 8:38pm. 1 hour 37 mins. Telling me I was told 1hr35min not 35mins. I have the screenshot showing 7:36 promised time. Refused and canceled order. They may as well shut down...
Read moreCheck your food before leaving. It be zero stars if I could.
It has been a few years since I been able to get food here. They did. It have it where I moved down south. So I really wanted to have there pizza and garlic cheese bread along with pizza from here. Ordered it online and everything was burnt. The thin crust wasn't bad but they remade the two items. The bread was plain chees they other way to much cheese. A half pep and chees pizza with more cheese then anything. Was told that I might have to wait for tossed crust pizza because it might be frozen. Thankfully it wasn't.
The manager Erica kept making excuses saying it's one of those nights where nothing right. Did not seem that way the fifteen minutes I waited for them to remake things menwhile my other pizza got cold even after being under a light to try and keep it warm. Also they looked at my food did not tuck it but opened it up with no gloves to protect my food.
While raining many of the employees where eating back there, droning around the food as it came out, playing on their phones and one with a Bluetooth earbud or air-pod In her ear. I do t mind having fun at work. But this was a little much. No one took it seriously about all the food that was coming out. Many just running around. So giving me an excuse that nothing is going right when I'm clearly their watching all this going on was not a valid excuse. Avoid this location because it still was a little burnt around the edges and my son who lives pizza would touch it. Thanks for easing $41 and change. Could have gotten better foo, faster service and more for my money...
