Wings Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Batavia Township

I went to this location because I always have a great experience in the Batavia location. We had come to celebrate my boyfriends promotion when I went to order my wings I asked for plain wings with sides of 2 different sauces the waitress said they can do 5 and 5 with sauce on the side no problem . In her defense I should have asked her to explain. Note the difference in cost we’re .50 per side of sauce and $5 difference with how she charged me costing 5 wings with one sauce for $6.79 and 5 with the other for $6.79. But that isn’t what is getting the bad review it was the lack of customer service. When I went up to the register to talk about the charges the minute I brought it up her attitude went from not showing emotion to dirty looks, telling another cashier to take care of it and then coming back giving the worst attitudes. She offered to take $1 off my bill for the sides of sauces. I told her that you charged me $15 for 10 wings that were suppose to be $10 and some change. Then said she would take $2 off. When I tried to explain she said we don’t give sides of sauce after she had just said sides of sauce were .50 cents a piece..... I had offered at that time twice to just pay the full amount because she was getting so angry and she huffed and puffed and said I’ll just take the one set of the wings off and tell my manager your what your problem was....... Like it was my fault that she didn’t give me what I had originally asked for. If your going to go to this restaurant go to the Batavia location by the sheriffs station because this one likes to take advantage of there customers that easily spent $100 at there facility and then tried to charge extra money out of a customer and blame the customer for not explaining...

We usually read reviews before we try a new place but we were starving and not thinking straight. REALLY wish we would have read them first! The worst wings I've ever had. We ordered the boneless wings and they were SO over cooked they were pretty much inedible. The sauce is a joke. It's just butter (probably Phase, which is a liquid butter substitute) with the tiniest flavor of buffalo. That was the medium sauce. I had originally asked for the mild buffalo and I was told that the mild was just a butter sauce (wth would eat a sauce that is just butter???). If I was looking for a buffalo sauce, I should go with the medium or hot. As soon as I was told this, I knew that I wasn't going to enjoy this food. We also had the sloppy fries, which have chili and cheese on them. Some of the most blandest chili and fries I've had in my whole life. Highly recommend you not wasting your money here. We spent, $30 bucks and were EXTREMELY disappointed. Oh! And I had ordered a side of ranch and two sour creams and didn't even get them. DO NOT use their online ordering link. I went to Wings Bar and Grill’s website, clicked THEIR online ordering link, and ordered and paid through EZ cater, get to the restaurant, and they made me pay again. I’m handling the second charge with my bank, but I’m literally out over $110 now. The server I talked to told me I could call Monday to speak with a manager, so I did, and just let him know that this link is on the restaurants page, and suggested removing the online ordering link so this doesn’t happen to someone else. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, he completely cut me off saying, “I don’t mean to interrupt you”, and he told me I need to just call the catering site. I said something along the lines of, “I did, I’m handling it with my bank, I just wanted to let you know that the link is on your site so it doesn’t happen to someone else.
