
They let me know ahead of time I would be pro-rated for starting middle of month. Before sign up, went briefly over rules and offered facilities. Not much to explain, it's a gym. Took an order for products and will call when order's in. Both son and father that work at location seem to be respectful honest owners. Regulars so far have been good people. Saw a couple of guys encouraging each other. Good gym etiquette so far. Will see if some people are able to allow work-ins. Worth the price compared to commercial gyms. Too many meat heads slamming weights at commercial gyms. Plus this location is open 24/7.
Update 7/22/2025: charged up to 6 times because they said "we thought you were signed up for an instructor". Their reasoning wasn't just exclusive, states "this happens sometimes" with their process or system. I haven't met a "system" like this. Also if this happens "sometimes" why do they not inform the card owner regarding when this happens "sometimes". You would keep more customers if you would people informed on a situation such as this. They have all your information written down so it's no excuse not to inform. When tracing back to where the charge originated it's from a school of music. Seems a little sketchy to me. Apparently co-owner/wife works at location. Why are you charging there instead of this business? Is it for tax breaks? Luckily I caught the charges and they reverted them. Then I discovered, they had overcharged me 13 separate times over the course of a year. At $42/month, thatâs more than $500 they took from me without my knowledge. It took TWO MONTHS of back-and-forth to get it resolvedâduring which I was spoken to dismissively, told âthatâs not how credit cards work,â and treated like I was the inconvenience. No accountability. Just denial and delay.

Reached out to the person in charge of billing for them to tell me that my husband was on two billing cycles... not sure if I believe that since my husband had the membership for a year at that point and then we get charged 6 times. Told them we wanted the cancel since my husband hasn't been using them. They told me it takes 14 business days to refund the money. That came and went. I had reached out to them again, letting them know I didn't get my money and they said they would rerun it again... yeah that came and went as well. Had to get my bank involved and thankfully they credited my account. But the dispute case is still not closed because the gym hasn't refunded anything. This has been going on...
