DO NOT GO HERE! We haven't eaten Bojangles in a very long time but had been craving it for over a week. We attempted to go there 2 times but they were closed despite their signage, app, and Google showing they were open. Not by a few minutes either, but a couple hours. 1 night it was 8:55 and they are supposed to close at 11. 3rd time's a charm though right? WRONG! We ordered on the app, checked in for curbside at 9:05 and the girl came out to say everything we ordered, chicken, rice, beans, biscuits, & tea were out. I said buy y'all don't close for 2 hours though right? She said yeah but we don't have anything cooked. I asked well how do we get our money back because there is no cancel button on the app. She said we'll need to speak to the manager. We pulled up to the drive-thru and I asked him how do I get my money back and he said I don't know. I said what do you mean you don't know, you have my money, you don't have my food, what do I do? He said that's not my problem you have to take that up with the app (there's no way to do that or through their website by the way). He said we don't cook chicken after 8:30. I said but y'all are open until 11? He said yeah. I said so you're telling me a chicken place doesn't cook chicken for 2.5 hours before they close? What do you do for those 2.5 hours? He snapped at me talking about not liking my tone, I guess questioning insanity and bad business is a tone. Then he said we sell whatever sides we have left and when that runs out we close. So they don't have set hours, they don't have chicken at a chicken place, they won't give you your money back, they have attitude and do not care about customer service, and I've been trying to get in touch with someone at Bojangles corporate to give me my $35 back for 3 days now to no avail. Don't get robbed by these people and deal with the horrible attitudes...
Read moreHonestly these days I’d give 0 stars. They have an automated drive thru system. As if they weren’t already screwing up orders with humans it’s worse now. They are so im personable. I honestly don’t care to go here but I was asked to go here for someone else. They didn’t get the care in front of me order so that lady paid for my meal and got it cause they didn’t make shit right and I had to wait 25+ mins to get my order meanwhile the line behind me had there own issues. The girl didn’t seem to care that customer in front of me questioned that she paid for someone else’s food and then I questioned it. Like she was so dumb founded. To me the fries always suck and the tea isn’t good and 1/2 the time there’s a wait regardless what you order so I don’t stop. I was really hoping today would be better since it was for someone else but boy I was wrong. If we can’t pay humans I don’t want to support it. If we can’t get stuff right then why open the doors?...
