I told the pharmacy when they transferred my prescription from Walgreens that I had a Good Rx & a Singlecare card.
I asked if I had to get new numbers bc mine was for Walgreens the CVS Pharmacy Rep said "We you can if you want to but the numbers are the same for here & at Walgreens."
I asked well can you call Walgreens & get the numbers for both cards.
The CVS Pharmacy Rep "Well they didn't transfer them over, when they transferred the prescription."
I called Walgreens got all the information for both cards.
I called CVS Pharmacy back a different Rep told me that when I came to pick up my medication they would run it through to see which 1 is cheaper.
We go to the drive thru & the rep refused to run my card information bc the pharmacy closed at 1:30p they used their own discount plan since I have no insurance.
I paid $10 or more for my inhaler at CVS than Walgreens
I will have my prescription transferred back to Walgreens & next time I'll wait on the backorder or try to find it somewhere else.
