Walgreens — Local services in Batesburg-Leesville

So after talking to both the store manager and the District manager I am going to stay using them for the time being. I am not 100% convinced that all is great but only time will tell. I am leaving the initial review and will only remove it once I see that changes are in place to make it better for all that shop at this location. I did change the star ratings from a 1 to a 3 and as stated above.

Pharmacy review only! Received a message that I had medicines available at 9:44 AM Saturday. Since I had some things to do at church later that day I held off on picking them up till after I finished at church. It was after 5:00PM when I went to pick them up. Surprise they were closed! So I went without the meds that day and on Sunday I found them to be closed again. I went inside and was told that they would not be back until Tuesday. So that means that I had to be without my meds for three days unless I wanted to take a 40 minute drive to the Lexington 24hour store. Well unless Walgreens wants to compensate me for the drive no thanks. I was also told that they are not open on Sundays so I guess that means that I will need to take my business back to CVS with their poor service, but at least I know that they are open on the days that they...

Cashier decided to answer the phone as soon as I'm checking out and telling her what I want behind the counter. It took her three tries to get the right product after ignoring me telling her which to get, she decided to ring the wrong item up since the phone call she had to take was more important than listening to the customer right in front of her. One of the worse locations I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Pharmacy is never open and if they are they either don't have the medication or rakes days for them to actually get to it. The rude staff, hours and inability to complete task is the reason, after 10+ yrs, I am now using another Pharmacy. Corporate really needs to step up and make this location what it use to be and not the disaster...
